A salesman greeted me seconds after I walked in and asked if I was looking for anything specific. I told him and he showed it to me and I said I'll take it but I'm also going to look around. He said he'd pull one from the back and have it waiting up front. He also offered me still or sparkling water. I accepted since it was a scorching August day. Love my new mini pouch and can't wait to wear it! There was no savings off retail here but the selection of Le Pliage sizes and colors was vast. Also very friendly service!

There was plenty of things to look at. There weren't as many women's clothes so my wife didn't have too much to look at and there weren't too many sizes of shoes either. Colette was the main person helping us, but because we went there pretty early, other CAs were chimed in too. Colette went as far as to track down a size of pants I needed all the way over in California for me. She was able to do the sale of both pants and a pair of sneakers as a send sale so that we didn't have to carry them around or pay sales tax (yay NH). It is an outlet, so you most likely will not find current season items or the signature items, but there are plenty of great deals to be had. Overall, it was a good experience, and it has become one of our must go shops whenever we visit.

Especially when there are marked down sales -- I shop that part of the store first. Most of the time the sales people are helpful in finding another size and giving you feedback on the fit of the clothes. The dressing rooms are roomy. Most recently I picked up two items that were marked down for final sale and there was a 30% mark down on top of that. It is a pleasant, easy store to shop in. There is a renew shop rack there too so bring your renew card!

While not all stores are discounted, you can always expect great finds, trends, and good deals! With over 100+ stores, there's truly something for everyone. Bathrooms are conveniently located throughout and there are great dining options. Parm is my top recommendation, but you can't go wrong with Shake Shack or one of the many food court options. There is tons of parking surrounding the little shopping town. Get there early to ensure a full day of shopping that allows you to take full advantage of all the stores! Pick up a sweet treat from Auntie Anne's or Laudree throughout the day or enjoy a cup of coffee from Starbucks or Ralph's to keep you energized while shopping. On the left, it's the men's apparel and shoes sections. On the right, it's women's. In the back, they have very tiny kid's section as well. The apparel has the most stock in the store, followed by shoes. Prices are decent, especially because items are have discounts between 30%-70%. The store is clean and tiny. Several associates walk around the store to keep things in order and help customers with different questions. The checkout area is super nice with all red wall in the back. Multiple registers were open when we were at the store, so there was not much wait time.
