This RL outlet is huge, and I'll be honest even after visiting multiple times I still don't know my full way around. They have a large selection of both men's and women's clothing, and their inventory is always plentiful. Note that the children's section is housed in its own store, not too far away. I've purchased multiple pairs of jeans from this outlet as well as sweaters, t-shirts, and other miscellaneous pieces. I've found everything to be of high quality, lasting through years of wear. However, like any outlet store, you have to search to find the goods - those solid color t-shirts for example don't last as long as the graphic tees. Also, it's hard to shop at outlets looking for something specific, it's better to go in with an open mind and sees what speaks to you. Staff is friendly and always willing to help, and there is always a good amount of employees at checkout which makes the whole process efficient. I was greeted by Rafael and Suzanne who were amazing and very knowledgeable. I gave them my price cap and they were great about sticking to that. I tried on at least 12 dresses! I couldn't believe it.. after going to store after store and seeing the same old Mother of the Bride dresses and looking online at the major department stores, here I was looking at all these gorgeous dresses that I had never seen before. After I found THE dress, I wanted a particular color and neckline. They contacted the designer and got all the info I needed to seal the deal. Because of their expert measuring, all my dress needed was hemming. And the fee for alterations was very reasonable considering all the work the seamstress had to do. I received a call a atcthe end of January that my dress will arrive duri the 1st week of May. I called at the end of April and was told it will arrive on May 7. I called on May 7 and was told to follow up on May 8. Nobody called my on May 8, so I ca again and was told it may arrive that afternoon. Despite asking to get a call that afternoon, I didn't get one. I called again at 5:45 and was told that the dress did not arrive and it's unclear where it I s. The owner said she will follow up on Monday. I go a call on Monday that the dress was NOT shipped yet from Italy. She asked me if I wanted to get an express shipping which I refused! She told me to come in on Wednesday morning to try the floor model and have it adjusted (that was on May 13!) As the zipper may be worn for a redux price. I had to go to another place. I would recommend to stay away from this shop if you want to have a peace of mind!
