I took the tie and shirt in, but the associate was unable to offer a solution even though I could tell he wanted to. He said he was not allowed to give out the store, managers, contact information or the regional managers contact information so I had to call the 800 number , who told me that was not policy and immediately transferred me to the regional. The regional manager said he would talk to the store manager to stop back in and they would take care of it. When I stopped back in, the store manager said I don't believe that's from the tie and would not offer me any type of solution for the shirt that they ruined. As a note, I never asked for a dollar amount or other merchandise. I just asked them what they could do to make the situation better. Their reply was nothing. That was a choice potential customers should know about before you purchase. I realize that we shopped there because we don't have many options, but at a very minimum I would strongly recommend a different store location at the very least.

From what I am aware of it is against child labor laws to have a minor without working papers working as a front desk assistant. Keep in mind that when I had come in there was no adult or other employee In the store. Therefore the store was being handled by a 12 year old girl without adult supervision. The comment this girl made would be considered discrimination and the situation would also be against child labor laws. The thing is, if you end up not liking how something fit, they won't let you exchange it for something else unless the item is the same exact price. The Problem is that the online prices differ from the store price so you end up losing the cash. They don't even consider a store credit or giving the customer an opportunity to pay the difference. So if you must shop here and are using torrid cash of some sort, I would buy something you are sure you are not going to ever return. Or better yet, go to the store and try it on BEFORE you buy so what happened to me doesn't happen to you!
