Visited on a Saturday during the summer. The store was busy, but there were still places for our non-shopping friends to sit and relax. The sales associates were very helpful. The jewelry section was very packed and in a corner, so people were stepping over each other to get to the things they wanted to view. Prices were affordable here and our sales associate did apologize for the brief wait as she was helping others. We looked around at the tennis themed items in the middle of the store. Very timely! Overall, I had a great experience, and we ended up coming back later in the day to look around and get more stuff. read more

Very very busy store. They should have control the customer volume at the door. The staff is trying to keep up with everyone but most customers have to wait for their shoes in order to try on. The last trip to this Tory Burch store was little better since it was relatively less crowded. Still a good amount of people inside the store. Items were having up to 50% discounts. There was additional 20% off on for total purchase. The store had good inventory of shoes, bags, jewelry, watches, some clothing and other accessories. There were lots of associates available around the store, helping customers with questions, sizes and availability. read more

Tory Burch is one of my favorite store at Woodbury outlet. I love Tory Burch flipflops and I get at least one or two pairs every time I come here. The trend now is mini or micro bag so they have many cute bags and I want them all. The price is always good here compare to another store even this time is not high season or holiday, Tory Burch still busy and get a lot of customers. Sale associate who help me is very nice, polite and helpful. I got 60% off for pair of shoes and I'm very satisfied! read more

I love TB and I love it even more when I can get it on sale okurrr? This outlet had everything 40% off with some items being 50% off. One particular shoe sale associate was a little bit annoying. She kept pushing items she thought I would like instead of asking what I'm in the market for (which was dress shoes). I'm the type of shopper I like to take my time, pick out the items I like then compare all of them to see what I take home and what stays in the store. I felt a little overwhelmed at one point since I had like 8 shoe boxes and sales associates all around me. I get it though, they're just trying to help. I left with what I needed/wanted and I was very happy with my experience overall. read more

Got a great purse and wallet much cheaper than at the regular store. I came from CT, as we don't have a Tory Burch outlet here. Customer service was phenomenal! The wallet that was the same style as my purse wasn't quite a match (probably a different dye lot) and one of the sales people went in back and came out with no less than 10 additional purses and wallets for me to pick from. She let me unwrap them all and look at the colors. So nice!! read more

I came in on a Wednesday after noon (02/15/17), I don't know if this is usual or not but this is one of the WORST customer services I have seen from a Tory Burch Outlet store. ON THIS DAY AND AT THE MOMENT THEY WERE NOT BUSY AT ALL, LESS THAN 8 CUSTOMERS IN THE STORE and there was over 10 sales working but literally only 3 of them was really assisting the customers. The rest of them gather in groups of 2-3 chit chatting. I came by to buy a pair of flats because my shoes got wet from the rain and I need to drive back to Brooklyn. I looked around the shoe section from left to right and walked by a group of them (3) chit chatting and I heard one of the sales (women) said "oh she's not even a customer" then I looked at her confused because I wasn't sure if she was talking about me or another customer near me. Her coworker said something like "she's looking at you like what are you talking about ?" and rather if I heard wrong or not none of them came to ask me or the other lady (their customer) if we needed help, they just continue to socialize with each other. I went further to ask this nice sales associate, Seo (I believe that's her name). She quickly got me the sizes I needed, she was also able to help a Korean couple calculate the discount while I try the flats on. Once they were deciding she came back immediately to help me switch to a different size since it didn't fit me. I didn't have to buy flats here, I have more than enough Tory flat, I could of just gotten any shoe to keep my feet dry and happy but because she was very helpful so why not. AND for those who are not familiar with outlets for handbag stores (Coach, Michael Kors, Tory Burch, Kate Spade and ETC) most of the sales associates carry around a small calculator to calculate the price after discount. Only a few of the workers in this Tory Burch had their calculators out. I suppose the only the ones that pay attention to the customer did. There was one customer that ask the sales associate how much is the handbag she was looking at. The sales associate just told her the amount on the tag (let's say $300), $300 with additional 40%. So how much is the bag ? THERE IS A BIG SIGN AT SIGN AT THE ENTRANCE THAT SAYS ADDITIONAL 40% OFF, like who doesn't know it's additional 40% on top of the price tag (Unless they are blind). The customers expects the sales associate to do the math for them and not need to take out their phone to do the calculation. I complained to the cashier when I made my purchase. I told her that some of workers at the back seems very lay back and that they seem like they are having such a great time that they don't even have to assist the customers. I told her she should talk with the manager about it. She just said oh sorry and ignore what I said. I guess she is one of the lazy ones too? Maybe it's the management? I was in a rush so I didn't have time to speak to the manager but whatever I would careless if I come back here or not. read more

What a busy, busy store. We were here on a Monday afternoon and there was a line outside the store. We only waited a few minutes before security let us in. Walked in and it was crowded! They've got so many merchandise but everything seemed to be in place. There were many employees assisting customers and keeping things in order so that was a good thing. We had one young gentleman assist us and he was so helpful. He got everything we were interested in buying from the back, so all our items were fresh, still in the plastic. The shoe department was crowded because it was a small area and a lot of people were sitting who weren't even trying on shoes. The line at the register was forever long but it moved quickly. read more

Extremely small store! The wait seemed like forever and once you get it it's pretty overwhelming with how tight it is inside. I didn't even bother to look at the shoes. The employees were so nice and helpful! The prices aren't that much of a difference. I am pretty sure you can find the same deals at a regular Tory Burch store if u look at the sale section. Today it was 20% off if you spent $300. I liked the fact that they will bring out a brand new purse from the back for you without even asking. read more

Customer service is excellent. EVERY employee in the store, including the "security" at the door is extremely polite, friendly, attentive, patient, and goes above and beyond. Even when I have called on a few occasions to inquire about returning/exchanging a pair of shoes, etc., that I didn't have a receipt for or to find out about the wait time to get in the store, the employees have been super pleasant and helpful. This level of customer service is rare today. Now, the wait to get in can be quite frustrating and long (depending on when you go). Once you get into the store, it is very tight and takes away from a positive shopping experience. Prices are less expensive than actual Tory Burch store and the department stores, but still expensive. They also have decent sales; today was an additional 30% off on pretty much everything in the store. Sales associates will get you brand new in the package items so you don't have to take the ones out on the shelves. They need a much larger space at Woodbury Commons. read more

Very nasty sales associates. At around 6:30 PM I was looking at the earrings and the sales girl yelled at me when I was inspecting the post of the earrings. It was so humiliating I put them down and walked out. I really liked them too and was prepared to purchase them. That was my first and last visit to Tory Burch. read more

Not a fan. I saw a pair of the Miller sandals on sale at Rue LaLa for $159... but I wanted to try them on. So, I called the Woodbury Common outlet store to see if they had them. Yes they did. Great! I'm not sure if the deals are the same year around. I hear that it fluctuates, but I came here July 4th and the deals were thumbs down. I found better at the on sale section in Tory Burch retail stores and they had no line. It was personally a let down for me since I waited like 30-40 minutes and I felt obligated to buy something for my hard work... which I did... haha... but it really wasn't worth it. The markdown for their flipflops were $39 (selected sizes only) from $50-55 and sandals were $150 (most of them) which ranged from $165-210. Yes the $165 ones were also only marked down to $150.... -__- I saw flats and wedges from $150-$200 I believe. Once again, NOT WORTH IT. read more

The staff are extremely snobby and seemed to only want to help select people. Finally after about 20 minutes, a sale person approached me. She was the first to actually offer some help. This sales woman, lakeisha, actually was very nice and helpful. The cashier was extremely nasty and seemed to be bothered by the customers. I didn't even get a thank you and come again. Just a nasty "HERE!". Even the store manager didn't really seem to really care. This was my first and probably my last visit to Tory Burch. I only shop at stores that appreciate my business. read more

The service was excellent with how busy it was for a Thursday afternoon. I purchased a card case for her and went The North Face. I left the Tory burch bag in the stroller. My 18 month daughter kept tipping over the stroller. 2 days past and my wife hasn't seen the card case in the hotel while staying in the financial district. She had a hunch that it had fallen out at The North Face. We called North Face and they had it. The card case was given back to Tory Burch and they shipped it overnight to California! The prices are not amazing (bought mine for 199 from 225 + 20% off when combined with another purchase because of a promo) but they have marked down everything by about 30 bucks so you don't have to wait for your favorite pair to go on sale online. Also they have everyone's size! I wear a size that is never available during a sale and I love tory burch. If you're going to buy tory burch anyway might as well come here and save money on it. The store is very small and there's always a line to get in. Once you get in, it's crazy because there's so many people so it's pretty uncomfortable. A lot of people crowd in the shoe area. read more

Love this place! Although I have to say, it can get crazy crowded and you may have to wait in line for a while on the weekends and sale days. The staff have always been quite friendly and nice. They do tend to upsell though, so that might not be quite your shopping style. The deals are really great when they're having a sale. The rest of the time, they're ok, but not always the best. Very disappointed with the way the staff handled my problem. I dropped off a leather tote bag in November last year for repair(the stitches on the side of the bag came off after only using the bag 2x) it took them 4 months to tell me that they had no idea where my bag went.. in those 4 months I kept calling them for updates but no one seemed to know what was going on... I went back to the store and got a cash refund .. I do not have the original receipt I made the mistake of leaving the receipt inside the bag... I was given the clearance price that is registered on their inventory... I will never buy a Tory Burch bag again.. in my opinion their bag is overpriced for the poor quality . read more

A busy little store but worth the trip. We arrived around 6:00 pm on a Thurs. There was a little bit of a line but it moved quickly. (Can't imagine what it would be like on the weekend)! Nice selection and staff was very friendly and helpful. They didn't have my size in a few shoes I was looking at. Shoe area was a zoo but staff did a nice job of helping everyone. I did purchase 1 pair of shoes for a decent savings. My big score was on a jacket that was originally $330 & reduced to $69! Will definitely return but definitely not on a weekend!! read more

Went to store to return Christmas gift on 1-2-17. The manager told me it was too late to return for a refund but would make an "exception" for me that day. My friend was with me who told the manager that she was at the store prior to Christmas and was told the return policy was extended beyond the 14 day period but wasn't given a specific date that the extension expired. When the manager heard that, she gave me the "exception." Because I didn't have the card on which the bag was purchased, I couldn't get a refund. I did have the receipt. I had no choice but to get the gift card since I didn't want to get stuck with an item I didn't want. On the way home, I read the return policy online that stated for the holiday season full refunds were extended through 1-31-17. The manager was either ignorant of her own holiday return policies or just mean. She could have given me the option of taking the handbag back to return when I had the credit card. It was only 1-2-17 and I had plenty of time. After I use the gift card, I will never shop at Tori Burch outlets again. The manager is ignorant and/or mean and do not know the meaning of good customer service. As a manager, she should be fully aware of the return policy for the holiday season. read more
