Bathrooms are conveniently located throughout and there are great dining options. Parm is my top recommendation, but you can't go wrong with Shake Shack or one of the many food court options. There is tons of parking surrounding the little shopping town. Get there early to ensure a full day of shopping that allows you to take full advantage of all the stores! Pick up a sweet treat from Auntie Anne's or Laudree throughout the day or enjoy a cup of coffee from Starbucks or Ralph's to keep you energized while shopping. Wrong. I wore them exactly ONE time, and the sole was already worn down. One wear. Let that sink in. So I called their customer service, and that's where the real nightmare began. For two months -- TWO MONTHS -- they gave me the runaround. They refused to replace the shoes. They refused a refund. Eventually, after endless calls and emails, they graciously agreed to repair them for free -- even though at first they wanted to charge me for the repair of their own defective product. Then they handed the shoes off to UPS... and UPS lost them. For a month. After yet another month of back and forth, the shoes were finally repaired and returned. And the cherry on top? Their idea of compensation for this entire ordeal was -- wait for it -- a whopping 10% discount on my next purchase. My next purchase?! There will be no next purchase. Ever. Let me be clear: I paid luxury prices and received dollar-store customer service. Months of my time wasted, zero accountability, and an insultingly small discount as a "sorry." Several associates walk around the store to keep things in order and help customers with different questions. The checkout area is super nice with all red wall in the back. Multiple registers were open when we were at the store, so there was not much wait time.

When we asked for price, they wouldn't just scan the shirt to tell me the price. 2 associates kept telling us off the top of their head as 20%, while associate was adamant that it was in the correct section of 50%. When we checked out, the younger caucasian man, who told us the shirt was in the wrong section, rang us up. It was all so shady, and in retrospect, I should've just placed the shirt down and came back another time to confirm with a supervisor. I will be escalating this issue.

We went in hoping for a deal on the tech fleece jackets, and thats exactly what we found! Seems like all of the tech fleece joggers were snagged before we arrived as there was only 1 pair of joggers left; luckily we were able to get a navy blue fleece tech jacket & for an additional 50% off! So it ended up being less than $50. Line was a little long but moved pretty fast.
