We spent lots of time going through the women's clothing, plenty of quality tops. Most of the items did not have any kind of sale.l, so they felt little bit expensive. Fitting room didn't have line, but the associate from register constantly had to run to open doors for people. But she was very hard working and nice, gave us a discount coupon for our purchase, that made our shopping experience a lot better.

The Package was lost; Apparently, the FedEx delivery person just left it by the wayside and didn't bother to deliver it to my door based on the so-called "proof of delivery" image express sent to me. Even though I tried to explain it to the express rep that the FedEx delivery person did the same with my last express order whereby it was left by the sidewalk but luckily I found it before it could have been stolen by a passerby, she kept repeating to me that I had to rather reach out to FedEx to file a claim and that she couldn't help me! With a great disappointment and hesitation, I ended up reaching out to FedEx to file the claim even though the burden shouldn't be on me, a loyal customer of express for over 20 years who has spent thousands of dollars with the company over the years to go chase after FedEx for a lost package, especially due to the delivery person's negligence!! After I filed the claim, FedEx told me that they have determined that the package was indeed lost however, I have to contact the "sender," aka Express (the same Express who told me I had to file a claim with FedEx) and FedEx said they are going to close the case! Basically, neither Express nor FedEx is willing to help resolve the issue and I'm being tossed around; each one is basically passing the blame and the issue on to the other! At this point, I am beyond frustrated as I am out of the package, my money and I have wasted hours of my time trying to resolve the issue! As it stands, I will be closing me express credit card and I will not be shopping with express again even after many years of loyalty and thousands of my money spent with them!Express, you lost a long-time very loyal customer who spends lots of money with you!
