The owner, Ellen, is so helpful and knows every product and brand. I have purchased numerous items - Prada shoes, a Goyard purse, Chanel purse, Michael Kors purse, Balenciaga purse, and countless beautiful clothes. They are all brand new or close to it (literally cannot tell they've been worn/used) and I always get compliments because a lot of the pieces are so unique. She gets new stuff all the time which is great - every time I go there I always leave with something. The online store now is great too since I moved so I can shop from afar. Whether you need a new statement sofa, sectional, dining table, bed frame or something small to finish your room, this location has all the pieces. Every floor in Macy's was swarming with people and clothing racks were neat AND filled. Our guy Andrew was exceptional. He didn't nag and didn't stalk us. He went above and beyond and exuded great, old-fashioned customer service from helpfulness to language to knowledge- the dude was just high-level. The atmosphere is relaxed, he took care of pricing and we left with a smile.
