I found that bag 15+ years ago from L.L. Bean, and it has been with me every day. One day, the zipper pull came off from one side of the zipper. Adam and Lori were fabulous. They looked at the bag from every angle, explained to me exactly everything that they would do, and quoted me a guaranteed price. I left my bag with them, confident that I would get it back as good as new. Not long after, I got the call that my bag was ready. When I got there to pick it up, it was perfect! In addition to the work that Adam and Lori said that they would do, they also reinforced my bag in certain places of stress, cleaned and waxed the zipper, and made sure every part of the bag was in great shape. She wasn't helping anyone that was evident or to be seen but ok, maybe today is just not her day. I walked to the back and saw the bedroom shoes on the wall. Still didn't see what I was looking for. A pale face, greasy haired woman was approaching me so I decided to ask her. As she approached I began speaking so I could ask about my shoes and she walked right past me without saying a word. When she heard me say "okaaaayyy" she then said, without looking at me " I'll be back. I'm helping someone else" and she kept going. She radioed someone and I was left there standing in the boot section. The short, wig wearing person approached me again and I guess she was coming to help. But she just looked at me like I was ruining her day of fingering her device. So I decided not to accept any help and I walked out. I've already unsubscribed for any emails and stopped all text. I'll shop where I'm welcomed and appreciated.

I had questions about rolling walkers and when she told me they didn't accept insurance I asked if that included Medicare & followed that by telling her it should rightly be paid for by Worker's Compensation but that I really didn't know if that would happen. As soon as I said that she told me to call Manchester Medical, which I hadn't heard of. I asked where it was located and she said "down by the fire house." When I asked which one she got huffy, told me she was busy and actually hung up on me. I have no idea if this will be paid for by ANY insurance but if it isn't, I will certainly remember her attitude and never purchase another thing there. Also they have now reduced themselves to a "Home Healthcare & Shoe Repair" store! When she answered the phone I only heard the last part and thought I had the wrong number!
