I got home and realized two big issues with my order. 1. I got sale items where you buy one and get two free. The third item was never scanned but was given to me, and I got charged for the second item (not free). 2. I bought two sets of rings, buy one get one free, and the rings were not placed in the bag. I returned to the store today to receive the credit back for the 2nd sale item, scan in the 3rd sale item, and ask for the ring sets. The manager was very rude and was extremely ineffective. I brought back the sale items and the receipt with me in a bag. She said that she could not fix the items that were on sale unless we brought back all the items that I purchased. I asked her to please return the two sales items and ring up all three together and apply the buy one get two free sale. She refused and said that it would cost more money for me and that she could not do it without the rest of the clothes. I told her that I was hoping to get this handled because her sales representative made a mistake the day before and that I did not want to have to go back home AGAIN and come back. She reluctantly agreed and returned the items and re-scanned them and it worked out perfectly. I should not have to convince and reason with her to complete this task to get the money back that I deserve. On top of this, I mentioned that I had never received the ring sets. She stated that she could do nothing about this because "anyone could come in and lie about that", which insinuated that I was being untruthful. I told her that I was a valued customer with a credit card and have spent thousands of dollars at their store and I would like her to please look around if they were left behind. She checked a few drawers and told me that she does not know what to do. I said I would like money towards the store in place of the missing rings. She refused to give me store credit and restated that "there was nothing she could do" so I left extremely upset. Not only was the manager rude, not helpful, and inadequate in her position, but she also made it unlikely for me to return to the store even though I love the clothes. I do not appreciate the way that this situation was handled with the manager and I hope that torrid can speak to her or do something about this. It is highly inappropriate to be spoken to and handled as stated above.

I have been to many retail stores where the employees are helping, but no one can beat these two. They helped my every need the entire time i was in there. I did go in a couple of days before hand to buy tea lights and other merchandise, that day some lady with blue hair was there and she was not welcoming at all. She was wearing some clothes that i do not believe were appropriate for any workplace. She was on her cell phone the whole time and i was not the only customer in store. She also kept trying to make me buy two of these $20.00 bags when i said no the first time. After the transaction, i said have a nice day to her and she said "mhm" and walked away and went through that back door leaving the other customers. Shady product and problem resolution. I purchased a red tie from this location which transferred…read moredie to my new custom white shirt and collar the first time I put it on. I took the tie and shirt in, but the associate was unable to offer a solution even though I could tell he wanted to. He said he was not allowed to give out the store, managers, contact information or the regional managers contact information so I had to call the 800 number , who told me that was not policy and immediately transferred me to the regional. The regional manager said he would talk to the store manager to stop back in and they would take care of it. When I stopped back in, the store manager said I don't believe that's from the tie and would not offer me any type of solution for the shirt that they ruined. As a note, I never asked for a dollar amount or other merchandise. I just asked them what they could do to make the situation better. Their reply was nothing. That was a choice potential customers should know about before you purchase. I realize that we shopped there because we don't have many options, but at a very minimum I would strongly recommend a different store location at the very least.

This store has size 42 waist suits and 50 Long for our tall and sticky son .. excellent customer…read moreservice with dress shoes, sneakers , EVERYTHING large size size 16 sneakers in awesome styles not clunky back rack Payless shoe styles .. this store is just for men.. the dress suits are excellent and ours did not need tailoring , not cheap store but better than going without. Needed a suit and walked out with one same day .
