For that day, the lovely ladies closed the shop early to be able to focus on our group. Each of us got fitted and were happy to purchase an item that really fitted us. What struck me most on that day was the dedication of these ladies. One of my friends was in the fitting room for close to a hour, yet the ladies were patient and helped her until she found something that fit. I came at a later day with my mom because she was in need of a good bra. Once again, these ladies did not disappoint. They took their time to help my mom and were very patient with her (my mom does not speak English so I had to be the translator for both parties). My mom was very happy and satisfied with her purchase and only relies on bras she get from that shop since then. I also got a few pieces from them. They have durable and unique pieces. Their service is nice, personable and refreshing. They make shopping for bra an enjoyable experience. I highly recommend that place.

After having several emails back and forth regarding what I'd like done I went to the shop on a Tuesday. I had told him the previous Friday that I'd be coming in to drop off the items for embroidery on Tuesday. When I get there he tells me he can't have the items ready before Christmas despite telling me there was a 2 week turnaround time (it was before 2 weeks). His response to me was "well I have had other people come in since we talked". Really you got that many orders the Monday after I talked to you on Friday?! (Shop is closed on the weekends). It was a 40 minute drive to get there and he was not the least bit accommodating. I truly hate to slam businesses but this was extremely poor form. Don't lie to your customers. Additionally, he charged $75 for digitizing logos which is high compared to other establishments.
