BJ's and other wholesale box stores have an opportunity to invest in the American people's health. With the volume they commit to, I challenge BJs to insist that manufacturers of snack foods, and cakes, clean up their act. And take the appeal off of fruits and vegetables. I do not shop at their competitor because of their LGBTQ disparagement. BJs to my knowledge still supports diversity and equity. So I will give them my dollars. But they need to stop being complicit in the damage that the food industry is doing to us. We expect more.

Some people would be abrupt or ignore the clientele, not him. Stopped in today to have the wheel lugs retorqued, had new tires put on the car Monday. He working on another car on the lift, he asked me if I could give him a half hour to 45 minutes, and he would do it. I said no problem, if you want me to come back later. Then he said, he's almost done there to give him a couple of minutes and he'll retorque wheels. That's great customer service! He really must enjoy his job, because he tries to get as much done as he possibly can. Unlike some places where they do as little as possible. I only hope the human resources department gets him an assistant before he decides to go elsewhere That would be a major loss for BJ's tire department.

My employer's vision plan isn't that great, and with places that take it, glasses still cost me quite a lot. I have gotten 5 pairs of glasses over the years at Costco. And, they don't take my vision plan, but the most I have paid for glasses is $350 and that's because of the frames I chose. And, I see great with the glasses. Just ordered a new pair since my vision changed after cataract surgery and know they will be great.

The car was drivable, so we exchanged insurance info, and they said they would take care of the damage their driver caused. After a week of ghosting me, they then claimed that . . . I HIT THEM. I would not do business with them. If they lie to my face, they will do the same to you, just to save a buck. To the management of this company, this is no way to run your business - take responsibility for your comany's actions and do the right thing.

I've had several poor experiences with this location's tire services. Previously it was more…read moreunhelpful, rude and unfriendly staff but most recently we ordered tires and had a very poor experience. We received no updates about status. We made an appointment for service and they never followed up that the tires weren't in yet. Multiple calls to custumer service were unhelpful and they consistently said "we will call you back" and it never happened. A truly frustrating experience that ended up with canceling the order and a refund. It's a shame because they had really good prices for Michelin tires but it wasn't worth the hassle. Want a blueprint for how to lose a customer? Ask Costco. As for the rest of this location, I like the actual products and store, but the staff while better in the store, aren't always super friendly either. For the actual store, it's give it a 3.5.
