I end up having to get behind the 8 people that came in the store after me and wait another half hour for my pre-paid prescription. And when the app does not work to show the pre-paid, express pick up code, I get charged a second co-pay. For 2 and one half years the same issue every month or so. If my insurance would cover my scripts at a different pharmacy, I would switch immediately.

Finally managed to do so, but when I arrived for the appointment, and someone finally came over to me she said they weren't open Saturdays. Why was I able to make the appointment, I asked. She, who seemed to be the senior there, was exceptionally nasty and condescending as if it was my fault I made the appointment. Bad computer system, employee with a bad attitude and inefficient system, made my day a total waste of time since I don't live in the area. Still need that immunization but really don't want to go back to this place. Will find another, I hope. Wish I could give that (oriental) woman zero for her attitude.

If this happens next time I will ask her to come to the pick up counter before sharing my details with everyone. She can enjoy the embarrassment of the moment instead of me.

Most of the time it's the same wait inside of the building which is why people prefer the drive-thru option but it's pretty much the same at this point. To make matters worse, finding an employee on the floor to assist you is difficult as well. These are issues that take place at almost every CVS I go to. They should really do better.
