Suddenly, I was tasked with planning a funeral and creating the program, obituary, and thank-you cards -- all from afar. After finding Minuteman Press through a Google search, Amanda and Carrie immediately stepped in to help bring my ideas to life. There were moments when I was completely at a loss for what to do, but they patiently guided me through every detail -- from paper choices and fonts to wording and layout. While I was there I was going to pick up some office supplies but their prices are outrageous! $3 for a spiral notebook, $2 for a ball point pen, even a simple folder was expensive. I really don't know how they remain in business with the prices they charge. The employees sit by the register and ask you if you need help as you're exiting the store - not very proactive. Thankfully I was savvy enough to figure out the directions for printing from the directions given on the printer. Next time I'll just go to the library. It's cheaper @ the staff is much more helpful.

I called RDS system when my HP X576dw started acting up....we agreed on a drop off date but…read morepreviously, I sent them an email with all I've done to make the printer work (youtube videos and regular troubleshooting) including the error codes the display was showing. A day later, they called me to tell me that those error were irreparable, saving me not only the trip to their store but also the $75 they charge an hour for diagnosis/repairs. They even said they wished everybody will send them error codes and troubleshooting done to their equipment, to save money and time when there's nothing to be done. HONESTY at its best. I've also called other repair shops before I called RSD and they were way pricier. So, good pricing & honesty? They will be my go to for my printer troubles from now on.

The first week of January my son and I stopped in to inquire about truck and yard signs for our…read moreconstruction business. We were dealing with Chris S. After discussing our needs we went back to our office sent back a rough idea of what we wanted and Chris eventually fine tuned our details and we approved them for production. Id say sometime around mid Feb. We were told a couple of weeks max to receive everything. Well two weeks, three weeks passed with excuse after excuse. Broken equipment, new software learning curve, illness, on and on. At some point something was produced but wrong. Truck signs weren't as per our design, not trimmed as discussed, missed red stars on the white truck signs, etc. Apologies galore but poor results. Yard signs were the only product made as discussed. So we were told that because of the problems your shop was experiencing with equip and software the project was being farmed out to your Danbury associates and we would have them back in about a week at a drastically reduced cost. Well that was 6 weeks ago. I called and asked Chris last week and wanted an update and answers. He was going to look into it and get back to me. That was 6 days ago. I don't know how you stay in business if this is standard operation. Horrible service, poor product, disingenuous and evasive. I'd appreciate some answers on when we can expect our properly produced truck signs. I'll look for a call in about a month. Sad.
