They are no longer a storefront business which is why they only got three stars. I used them many times before when I could walk in and speak to someone in person. Now it's only online or by phone. Not for me. read more

Been on hold 15 minutes now trying to get theu to them with a simple question. Typically, be prepared for long lines and frustration. I wish there were al alternative within 10 miles. read more

Horrible horrible experience. Needed a 2 page program for a memorial. After 2 conversations, nothing...no email no callback no program. Caused a lot of stress because I had to rush to do the program on my printer the night before the memorial. Cannot believe the lack of professionalism. Stay away from PDQ. Do not use them. They will NOT deliver. read more

Went in today to return an item through the mail. I'm elderly and did not understand the process. I kindly asked the woman if she could help me but Instead of helping me , the rude woman slammed a small piece of paper on the counter in front of me & said " if you don't know what to do read this & come back when you understand it!" I'm eyesight disabled, could not read the tiny print so I left *********I will NEVER. Go back there & I encourage EVERYONE. To do as I will do. Find a place where they understand what customer service is. Like the previous owner of PDQ did read more

I just walked into PDQ Printing because I need Memorial Cards made up for my fathers passing, 9:50 am. The clerk finished with his client and immediately leaves then passed me as I'm waiting, the other clerk was helping a customer so I walked out disgusted I look and he's walking up to the bagel shop!!!! The store opened at 9am!! Did he really need to take a bagel break less than an hour from starting work!!! Needless to say I am going elsewhere! An establishment that appreciates getting business to stay in business. But worst is this clerk doing this and even though he did not know why I was there I truly did not need this done at this point of what I am going through. I guess bagels for employee is far more important than a customer read more

Staff is typically helpful. However, the prices are way too high compared to similar businesses. My experience today was enough for me to leave this review. I had to fax 16 pages to a business in Middletown NY. Nothing fancy, not double sided...just regular old paper. The cost was $11 and change. I was in disbelief but did not want to give the staff any difficulty (not something she could control). It's just ridiculous that something that costs pennies for them to do would be so inflated toward the customer. I did initially ask how much per page prior to faxing; but was told, "it depends." I should've investigated further and just scanned and emailed and saved a few bucks. While I was at the register I could hear the woman next to me with her child who was questioning why there was such an added fee for them to cut an inch from her child's art project so they could fit it to whatever they were doing (literally $5 to cut the border off of a regular sized piece of construction paper). To my right was a man at the register questioning a "rebox fee." I won't pretend to know what type of work he was doing...I just noticed the dissatisfaction read more

Really disappointed. I've given this company a lot of my business and today I have experienced things that no customer should have to experience. For starters my order was processed and my card was charged that was put on file as a hold without my authorization before I give them permission. Second the person who took my order did not fully relayed the information to the design team which caused my order to be delivered wrong. I was told my order could be processed a certain way and then after coming in when it was done being told it wasn't able to be done the way I wanted it. I was charged full price and given a "sorry". I'll find a new service or use Vista print from now on. You lost a good customer. read more

Frank was a lifesaver when I left a bag in New Paltz and needed to get it to Philadelphia. He went beyond the call with making sure this happened in as economical and time-sensitive way as possible. I'm very grateful. read more

The reason I awarded them 5 stars was because there was no option for 6. I have been working with Miranda and I'm on the west coast trying to get an item shipped to me from New Paltz. I have things shipped to me from all over the country, all the time. I've had many great experiences and some great support, yet none at such a truly upbeat, enthusiastic and sensational level of customer service. Stellar Support from Miranda and the rest of the crew. Thanks so much! read more

Charged me $107 to send two dvd players to NY and NJ addresses via Fedex. Won't do UPS, just Fedex. Will never ship from there again! Way Way overpriced! read more

There were 8 people "working"- I was the only customer. No one waited on me until I said something. All in all- I was there 23 minutes to get 1 piece of paper laminated! I'd like to shop local- but this place is WAY overpriced and the service is WAY too slow! read more

1. The don't like the quality of my label, recommend dropping the package in mailbox because it is under 1 lb. 2. The special order that we placed for a labor day BBQ, which was a week too late for the BBQ, now cannot be found. So I wasted 30 minutes of my life. I'm all for the small business', but what I would't give for a reasonably priced, competent office supply/shipping company in New Paltz. The new owners need to take a long hard look at the reviews on-line. read more

I've used them several times for large prints. Very quick, friendly and attentive service and reasonably priced for my printing needs. Highly recommend. read more

The staff here make all the difference. Special props to Cheryl and Maria who saved my butt with their courtesy and smiles!

I needed some last minute copies from some Facebook photos for my visit with my Aunt who is new to her retirement home. The staff here was fantastic, they were able to fill my request quickly and correctly within a short period of time. The staff at PDQ is always such a pleasure to work with read more

Hilarious! I tried to save myself a little time by going to PDQ in New Paltz rather than Office Depot in Newburgh, to Fed Ex a piece of artwork that was basically 1 12X16" sheet of paper. The best price they could give me, without insurance, made me laugh out loud....I have shipped artwork four times the size, with insurance, for less out of Newburgh. It's definitely worth the drive down Rte. 300! read more

The store is neat, clean, appears to be well stocked and staffed with very friendly, courteous and helpful people. The pricing for the services and products are reasonable. I have arrived several times to ship equipment and found a line that moved quickly, even when I brought multiple large items. On one occasion, I encountered a bit of a rough patch, the owner personally and professionally handled the issue, worked with me and saw it to the end that I was satisfied. I definitely recommend you use their services and products. read more

PDQ is a great local resource. I just got some business cards there earlier this week. I designed them myself and didn't really know what to expect as far as how they'd look. Pete was easy and quick to work with in getting my design on a card. Everything looks great and he took care of the minor issues with my design for me. I really appreciate a business where you can meet the owners in person and get a job done. I went in for business cards, and came back a week later to pick them up. Simple as that. They look pretty good, too! I feel that the amount that I paid for these cards was a fair and reasonable price for a local business with real people taking care of the job for you. read more

all these years and PDQ was great for me. not this time. i sent in an email the work needed for my business postcard that needed addressing in a timely way. not hearing for days, I'd leave messages, calls to be told they'd get back to me. two weeks and the deadline had arrived, had to take it up to Staples at a great expense to find a way to address the postcard info issue. so instead of a simple printed info on the card, had to buy stickers, print them at a cost for printing and cutting and apply them each to 800 cards besides putting on the address labels and stamps never got a call back read more

No customer service in Pine Bush - arrived one day 2 minutes before 5PM to request a copy of 5 pages - they wouldn't do it - if it was my store, I would have made the effort - more interested in going home than taking care of a customer - granted, the charge would have been nominal but you could tell they didn't care - stay clear of this place - it's a small town & people remember! read more

I rarely give 5 of 5 to any business but compared to others doing this type of work, they are outstanding. Perfect, no one is but price, speed, special services, attention to detail, courtesy, all rank first in my book. I have used them for large copy orders, specialty business cards, flyers and signs. read more

I needed a poster printed for a conference the same day and they went above and beyond to get it done. The first printed failed so it was a bit later than I wanted it, but they took of 40% and delivered it to make up for it. Great folks! read more

I just can't say enough AMAZING things about this place! First, I came in when they were already closed and they graciously invited me in to answer all of my questions. Not only did they assist me with printing needs (i.e. signage, menus) for my son's baptism, they also gave me some great ideas for his first birthday party! I'm currently on maternity leave and they went above and beyond to accommodate my budget! The next time I went in, the coloring was off through the Etsy site for my sign and they printed it free of charge. I called after I'd sent over a slew of printable items and they promised to have it ready in time for the big event. As promised, everything looked beautiful!! I had personalized coloring books made and they upgraded the paper free of charge because they thought it'd look better! The guests at our event were so impressed by everything done by PDQ! The owners are outstanding and provide EXCEPTIONAL customer service! I look forward to returning for future printing needs! read more
