I'm kinda annoyed that the past few months the dressing room has been closed. Every time I ask they say it's closed and it will be open in a month or two. I asked in December and they said February. I go in today to try on two shirts, I'm told again that they're closed until march or may or something like that. Every business knows if you let customers try on clothing the likely of them purchasing those items are a lot higher than if you don't. I put one thing back and got a sweater. Guess what it docent fit and I have to return it like always! The sizes here change between every article of clothing and it's beyond annoying to have to go home and use my house as a fitting room and then go back! They're multiple people working here walking around. It's not that hard to have someone stand by the fitting rooms and count each item before and after going into the fitting room! You make paying customers feel like shoplifters not letting them in the fitting room, and lets be honest that's what it's about. If you do your job and count the clothing before and after and make your customers feel good about purchasing clothing from your store it would be very appreciated!

It has been my go-to store for clothing for close to three decades but now I can't shop there anymore because they don't carry clothing in my size. Yet the petite section remains. There's a word for that...what is it...oh yes-discrimination. Macy's is openly discriminating against women in larger bodies. And their Backstage section is low quality, which is where I've been directed to shop, as well as online. But online shopping isn't the same. A quick trip in to get a new bed for our arrival this week. The selection was good. There are other places for such standard equipment, but we were short on time so this was a very quick trip in and out. For a change, we did not have to deal with a long line because it was Monday afternoon. The system for cashing out has always been one that does not meet the expectation. When they combined all three stores, they should have had more than one check out.
