Her assistance in choosing a 24/7 fall‑detection watch for my 98‑year‑old father with dementia was exceptional in every way. Gisele devoted a full 2hours to carefully walking me through every feature and service option. She clearly explained that the watch continuously monitors for hard falls and sends instant alerts, even if my father cannot reach a phone, and that it operates reliably day and night to provide constant protection. She also emphasized that emergency notifications go directly to family members so there is no delay or uncertainty when something goes wrong. Gisele aslo thoroughly demonstrated the GPS location tracking and heart‑rate monitoring, which are absolutely critical for my father, who can wander and is unable to reliably state where he is. Knowing we can see his real‑time location, monitor his heart rate, and that he can contact his children or 911 in an emergency gives our entire family tremendous peace of mind. Gisele repeatedly reassured me that this system is designed to safeguard him and keep us fully informed. What impressed me most was Gisele's warmth and empathy. She never rushed the conversation, answered every question in plain languageI could understand, and always spoke about my father with deep respect. She transformed what had been a stressful and emotional decision into one that now feels confident and secure.     the main company is horrible. watch when you sign up. they don't tell you that you can't cancel…read moreyour monitoring service. i signed up for it over 5 years ago and never got any notice of renewal. I complained about the monthly monitoring service costing over $50 a month which is higher than any other alarm company. monitoring with no video or any extras. Then they said I have a contract...i didn't have one. I never saw any renewals and I never agreed to it. if I did how were they able to play around with the costs without telling me and getting me to agree. now i have a collections company calling me. I was also suppose to get signed every year. I called 5 times and still don't get them. They finally told me they had the wrong address???? so who's house where they monitoring??????? OVER PRICED AND NOT WORTH IT ....

    In all honesty it took about a month to get the whole system set up from the consultation to the…read morefull complete system. I was notified by the sales team that the job was unusually late and would take approximately 12 hours so there would need two people to install it. Fast forward a couple of weeks, one guy shows up at 8am, telling me that another person was supposed to help him with the job. I had to do something at 5pm and asked the guy if he could come back. When I called ADT to reschedule, I was directed to the mainland operators and then connected through to the local reps and told them that was informed there was only one guy who showed up. The lady on the line told me "your job is supposed to take 11.5 hours and we don't send two people unless the jobs is more than 12 hours." She also asked that I drop everything I was doing (i.e., my jobs) in the middle of my work day to run home so that the technician could complete the job, or wait three more weeks to have him install the rest of the system and get it fully operational. This is not the service I was asking for. Considering I checked with the technician if he was available on a different date, and indicated he had open slots available way before three weeks. They need to work on the way they communicate internally and to better service the customers. If the components on the system were not set up already, I would have cancelled all services and hired a different company. Based on my experience, their technicians are overworked, and the company failed to provide adequate personnel to complete the jobs. Additionally, what happened to the idea that companies should accommodate their customers? Requiring the customer to drop everything and be ready in an hour after a phone call in the middle of a work day is absurd. Based on my communications with coordinating the installation and set up, they gave the impression that the customer must cater to the company and make everything suitable to the company's timeline.

    I was in the market for some awesome Home Security Cameras and seeing the 5 Star Yelp reviews made…read moreme inquire! After shopping around; doing my research, comparing 2 other companies products, and service maintenance fees, I'm happy to say that I have chosen a great deal! The first company quoted me for 4, 4.0 Megapixel Bullet Cameras which costed more and come to find out, they weren't in business very long; don't have as much man-power for maintenance and not as reliable. The second company didn't impress me; they didn't even use Bullet cameras - only Dome; but I was told that Dome cameras are better for indoor because of dust/cleaning, so I'd rather have bullets. I decided to keep shopping around and research. 3rd times a charm! I bought an 8 Channel NVR and installed 4, 4K 8.0 Megapixel Bullet Cameras - Best Clarity I could find - made for outdoors. I also purchased separately; a 4K Monitor at BestBuy to view at home. It's cheaper to buy your own monitor. Lifeline Fire & Security is well worth the price and I have room for 4 more Cameras on the 8 Channel NVR for future camera add-ons. Clarity is great and it's so fun and convenient to view Live from my App when I'm away from home. Lee was very helpful in explaining the products and installation, programming, maintenance fees, during consultation. Ernie and Ray installed the cameras in one day and returned to tweak it after. With some help from their other tech guy Stewart; trouble shooting the App and adjusting Playback - all worked out well! Customer service from Marissa is excellent! She is very nice and helpful. Very reliable service. Mahalo for excellent service and look forward to doing business with you in the future.

My poor review comes from a customer service stand point. Long story short, we purchased a home in which Zmana was already integrated into the system. All we had to do was call Zmana directly to set this up. I ended up working with Kevin Aboud and discovered that my husband was put as the main point of contact on the account. We scheduled our standard service not long out and I requested to see what upgraded options would be available. Kevin took my email address down and assured me he would have a technician email BOTH me and my husband a list of upgraded offerings. I let my husband know and we both awaited the email of what could be offered. Fast forward its right before the visit and the technician ends up TEXTING my husband a brief list and total cost to install an additional product for quite a high figure. My husband concerned for the fee asked to cancel the visit for now and we will reschedule as we would be unavailable for some time after that. Here is where things went sour... the tech ends up being confused about the cancelation and ends up CC'ing my husband on an email to Kevin. Kevin then replies back stating my husband "doesn't know what he wants" and I "want it all". Basically claiming we are not on the same page. Well its definitely hard for both of us to be on the same page when Kevin fails to follow through with his promise to have us both given a detailed list of what could be done. Would you not have some concern that you are all of a sudden receiving a shanty quote via text message from a random number? I took this issue to Zmana's customer service and worked with Carly. She was definitely helpful and profusely apologized for this unprofessional behavior. Shockingly, Kevin's title shows as a "Partner" with Zmana. Maybe some additional training wouldn't hurt a higher up? Word of advice, make sure you don't CC your clients/customers when talking smack about them. We ended up forgoing their services.
