As of today, I have officially requested a FULL refund for the work he hasn't completed and won't complete because we're no longer interested in working with him. I took a look at the reviews after this issue and others have had similar problems. I have proof of everything, all the times we've tried to reach him, call logs, the text messages (only ones he sent) and screenshots of the reviews left by other clients. This issue will escalate into legal matters seeing as we don't get a response from him and he does have $6,500 with no job having been completed, nor started by the way. 100% do NOT recommend. They arrived at the appointed time and began prepping and cleaning. They spent time mixing sand and mortar mixes to get the right color. They did the entire front of the house and some columns supporting a front pergola. I was skeptical but the finished product exceeded all expectations. The repaired area matched the older surface exactly. I could not be happier with the project. It took a few days and was not cheap but I feel I got value for the money and a quality product. I have used the handyman service several times and have never been disappointed . They really stepped up when no one else did. Don't overlook ABC when you have a unique project. They have a lot of experience in many types of services and a one year warranty. I recommend them highly.

When we submitted a service request, a technician came out and determined that a part needed to be replaced. A follow-up appointment was scheduled, but it was canceled the morning of the appointment. No one contacted us to reschedule, and I had to follow up myself. It ultimately took about a month and a half for a technician to return, only for them to determine that an additional component was broken. We were then told that this issue had likely developed because the original problem had gone unresolved for so long. After another delay, they finally returned and completed the repair. I paid the invoice and believed the matter was resolved. The technician specifically told me that no charges would be due until the work was completed, and when I asked whether the payment covered everything, he confirmed that it did. That is why it was so surprising to later be contacted and told that we owed additional money. The most disappointing part of this experience was the management team. Joel, the HVAC manager in particular, was rude, dismissive, and unwilling to help resolve the situation. Multiple times I was told that Joel would call me, yet weeks would pass without any follow-up. The last time I was told to expect a call, he never contacted me at all. To make matters worse, everything should have been covered under warranty. Unfortunately, that warranty feels nearly meaningless when the labor charges are so excessive. From the repeated scheduling issues and lengthy delays to the unexpected additional charges and poor customer service, this has been an extremely frustrating experience. Based on how this situation was handled, I cannot recommend ABC HVAC.

Wow. In one word, Pete and his team are RELENTLESS in solving a problem. I can't possibly recommend…read morethem more. We had a wild storm and a bolt of lightning found its way through our home (and myself, but that's another story). Nearly everything in the house with a circuit board was fried, including the A/C unit, furnace, zone control boards, and the physical air conditioner's contactor. Literally blown up! I called at 8am and Logan showed up three hours later. Basically, everything was busted or malfunctioning. Left was right, up was down, hot was cold. This lightning did a number on us. Seeing this mess, Logan called in for backup from Pete, the owner with decades of experience. Pete made it his mission to "hack" our system to making A/C for the night. It didn't seem too difficult for him, but you could tell he wasn't leaving until our baby daughter had A/C in her room (it's July). The next day, the men showed up with the replacement parts and a few hours later, we were back up and running 100%. They documented everything wonderfully for our insurance claim and even took a ton of time to chat and give me tips for the house we're building right now. I'll definitely have Pete come in and make sure the next house is configured properly. I had met with 6 other potential deck installers before Joseph and none of them came close to offering what Joseph offered in terms of craftsmanship, creativity, attention to detail, and thankfully, affordable pricing. Joseph and his crew of 3 went above-and-beyond for our project: a total tear down and complete replacement of our aging, structurally unsafe 2-story backyard deck of about 1200 sq. feet that was neglected for years by the former owner. We didn't simply want to recreate the old deck with new material; instead, we wanted to be bold and design an unique, one-of-a-kind deck, but within our budget. That's hard to pull off, but Joseph was able to do it. Despite losing a few days here and there due to rain and delays on material, Joseph & Co. were able to finish everything in about 2 months. I'm very hands-on with my home renovation projects. So Joseph and I spent dozens of hours scoping out this project, discussing pricing and materials, and project managing the project each day. Joseph always made the time to answer my (numerous) questions and he drove to my home dozens of times to check on his crew's work and speak with me. (He lives about an hour away.) Joseph is such a brilliant, knowledgeable, friendly, trustworthy, and conscientious man who truly is passionate about his craft. He constantly came up with creative solutions to develop what I consider a very original deck, from the configuration he came up with to lay down 3 different sizes and 3 different colors of Timbertech deck boards, to installing thin cabling for our railing, to installing a lighting system for the railings and upper deck that perfectly illuminates every inch of both floors at night. He's also a perfectionist like I am. If something was slightly off, he'd work to get it perfect. Since this post is getting long.
