Great customer service! They truly are responsive 24/7! And they definitely will try to work with you payment wise! And they take the time to talk with you about your expectations of their work just so that you know what to expect. For instance, I had a really tough stain and I knew it wasn't going to be completely removed, but they took the time to talk with me and explain that they would absolutely do the best they could but because I had already bleached my couches with cleaning supplies, I wasn't expecting a miracle. But they sure did a lot better than I thought and you can barely see the stain now! Beats buying new couches! read more

I would give the tile and grout cleaning 3 stars as the light grout in my kitchen really didn't look much cleaner (see photo). I am extremely impressed with Dirtex. I saw their promotion on Facebook that included 3 rooms for $99, which sounded like a great deal. The carpet cleaning professional, Alex, was right on time and even called me ahead of time to let me know he would be at my house soon. He was very clear about the pricing and what he was doing before he actually started cleaning, which is a great thing for a company to do. Transparency is very important! He explained everything he was doing since I was really interested, and answered every dumb question I had. He kept the cleaning at a great price and I got everything I wanted. I am going to try and have my carpets cleaned every 6 months (I have a baby and a dog!) and am absolutely using Dirtex when I get my carpets cleaned again! I got Alex out here a few weeks ago to treat my air ducts/vents for a musty smell because his quote was significantly less than the first one I got. Not only did he do a great job cleaning the vent covers and fogging the system without harsh chemicals, he took the time to explain some of the intricacies of my air system (unlike actual HVAC techs had in the past). When the smell didn't completely go away, he came back out (free of charge) and did a quick spot fogging of where we thought the smell was coming from. Before he left today he assured me that if the smell came back in a couple weeks he'd be back out to do a more intensive fogging. Such excellent customer service is rare these days, and if I could give DIRTEX ten stars, I would! read more

I was told that i would be billed fir the service and i was demanded to pay on the spot... . later last night we laid down to watch tv in our room and when we cut on the tv we noticed the screen was broken... The manager was notified today and called me back tonight. He told me that if his employee denied it and was only 22 years old and ge didnt want to fire him bit if we wanted out tv replaced then he would have to fire him. I didnt want that. But now im having to go buy a new tv because i didnt want to get a young father fired over a mistake he made. The manager said he would come out and clean my carpets for free my next visit...
