Really enjoyed meeting and getting our rugs and bathroom floor cleaned by Scentex! We recently moved and didn't have time to get our rugs cleaned before we left our old home in Dallas area. I have a 'persian'-like rug that we've had in our family for about 40 years or so. Another that came with the house and one smaller one that I'd used in my old kitchen for 15 years. Also the grout in bathroom floor was nearly back and it wasn't supposed to be. Brian came on a Saturday, accompanied by his son. They were both very nice and did a terrific job getting the dog smells, dust, dirt etc out of these rugs... I mean they were so bad I wouldn't let them in the house until they cleaned up their act! I made the mistake of using another company in a crunch, and realized how amazing Brian with Scentex is. I wish I had my money back and could get a redo with Brian!!! He made my carpets, mattresses and couch looks like new without saturating everything. Also, after comparing the two experiences, I notice how much more time Brian took to get it perfect. Brian did a terrific job on my carpets. Got many old stains out that I never thought would come out.

After thinking about replacing one of our carpets in a bedroom, we decided to give Brian a call. We called him on Monday, and he came out on a Wednesday. Talk about speedy!! I am extremely pleased with this company's service. I'm typically one to rant and rave on yelp but they did an EXCELLENT job on my carpets. I have 3 animals, a roommate, and numerous friends in an out of my apartment. I never never noticed how disgusting my carpets were until I was moving out of my apartment. I called them and they showed up on time, had great prices and worked miracles in order to help get my full deposit back. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. read more

Thank you Brian for doing such a great job! There were several spots on my carpet that I've tried to remove in the past and had given up on, including caulk that some contractors tracked on it. Brian got everything up and made it look like it did when it was installed. Great pricing too :) I still plan on getting rid of the carpet and installing tile, only because I have two huge dogs that trash my carpet, and when I do get tile I'll be calling Brian to help keep it pretty. read more

I wish I could recommend Scentex, as the other reviewers have had such positive experiences, but I'm afraid I can't. After purchasing a Living Social Voucher for a two-room carpet cleaning, I called Scentex to schedule a cleaning date. I spoke with a receptionist, or answering service, who told me that Brian would call me back to confirm either of the two possible dates I'd given her. I also explained that I only had one room to clean, so the company was really getting the better end of the deal. After two weeks, and no return call, I called again, with the same, exact results - I was told Brian would call me back. Again, no call came. Two months after purchasing the voucher, I called again and spoke directly with Brian, who apologized and asked that I text him with possible dates, so that he could look at his calendar and get back to me when he returned from being out on appointments. I did this, and, unfortunately, never heard from Brian via text either. It's been a very disappointing and frustrating experience. As the owner of a business myself, I know that Living Social and Groupon vouchers are sometimes more trouble than expected, however, if you are going to offer either service your business needs to honor them. Otherwise, your customer service ratings are in question. I was really looking forward to creating a relationship with Scentex to schedule regular cleaning of my carpet, but I will be requesting a refund on the voucher and looking elsewhere for better professionalism and customer service. read more

Wow! I am so impressed with this service! We had a black semi-circular stain at our back door from fingerprinting dust that was used after a break-in at our home ten years ago!! Every time the door was opened/closed, more "stuff" on the carpet. Of course I had tried the home Resolve-type products with no effect. Brian got it completely out! Other various stains from pets and from living in the country and bringing things in on your shoes--all out! Fast, efficient, friendly service. read more

Brian went above and beyond on my carpets, removing a really bad spot that another large carpet cleaning chain hadn't been able to, and told me would be impossible to remove. He was very accommodating, professional and did the job well and fast. I am happy to find a local business that I can support for this much needed service in the future. read more
