This was the WORST experience I've ever had with a carpet cleaner. The guy was super nice, but showed up with a RUG DR to clean my carpets with. I gave him the benefit of a doubt thinking maybe he has some really good cleaner. As soon as he was done and left so carpets had time to dry. When we came back, the carpets looked the same as the did before he cleaned them. All the spills and stains were still there And there were even spots that he didn't even clean or missed. It looks terrible! The agreement on cost included him cleaning the carpets, couch and love seat however I decided not to do the couches cause my only concern was the arms of the couches as they were really the only thing that looked really dirty on the couch! He spent about 5 min or so on the 4 arms of the couches and then wanted to charge me the full price of cleaning the couches. When I expressed I didn't feel that was fair, he reduced the cost by only $30.. still I felt was a very unfair price. He then reduced the cost by $10 more and made the comment that he drove 2 hours to get here. Now, BEFORE he ever gave me prices or anything I asked him if i was too far of a drive for him as I didn't know where he was located. His reply was "oh no, I do business there a lot" I've asked him to come back with a commercial cleaner and re do them, but he isn't willing to do so.m as he says it's too far to drive. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated as I wanted these carpets nice and clean before my parents got here. I DEF won't be using this company ever again and highly encourage anyone who does, to please make sure he doesn't show up at your door with a Rug Dr! I'm upset that I even let him clean with it. I thought this man was professional but after doing my carpets I have found out that he is not. I will not do business with this company. I do not recommend using this company. I was told this was a dry cleaning and nothing would be wet. That is not true. Do not use them, hire a professional!!! I also heard that he used a rug Doc in someone's home!! I wish I had known that before, unfortunately I did not look to see if he used one in my home but it probably was. He's offering free carpet cleaning just to get a good review!! And on top of all that was blowing up my phone begging me to leave a review during Christmas!!!! Of all time to bother someone about a review. Well there's your review! I've been using Sure Dry to clean my carpets for the last 6 months. I run a kennel out of my house so I have to have my carpets cleaned at least once a month. This guy who has been coming out here has been able to remove every single urine, poop, and dirt stain I have gotten. When he is done my floors look like new. I don't usually write reviews but this company deserves one after all the hard work they have put in to keeping my carpet clean. They do the best job for the best price and I would recommend them to anyone. read more

Choosing Dustin with Sure Dry was one of the best choices we ever made. My fiancé and I recently purchased a house and the previous owners had pets. He was able to come out the same day we called! The smell in our house was terrible, we were super lucky to find Dustin because not only was he able to get rid of the smell but our carpets looked amazing!
