I wasn't home when they showed up to clean the ducts, my boyfriend was. The person who showed up seemed to be having a rough day and seemed irritated to have to be there. It seemed like they cleaned the vents and did a decent enough job. I showed up about halfway through and when I got there he seemed to be in better spirits and friendlier. I asked some questions about concerns we had and maintenance and the man obliged in answering but was dismissive about it. The cleaning was fairly priced so I would recommend for regular maintenance but if you're wanting good attention to detail for something that's been left for a while you might want to shop around

Took about an hour and half and air is cleaner and fresher. Others were charging crazy amount of money to do the same work. Large home with two AC units and the total cost was $225 tax total. He had a little trouble finding my house because I'm hidden in woods so it was closer to 11:45 but still the SAME DAY!!!!!! He checked my unit after asking me a few questions and said it was seriously low on Freon. He advised me that the mini split units start loosing Freon after about 5 years. I told him that this unit was 6 years old. He got up and running without trying to up sale me on unnecessary repairs! He tightened up a couple of things recharged the unit and advised me that I might want to start thinking about replacing the unit with a newer model. I'm going to use them again because they provide a quality service without being pushy!

A week later, after four promises from Frank to send me a quote "shortly", no quote. Why do an onsite inspection and promise a quote if you don't intend to accept the job? My AC is out in Texas in August, and I don't appreciate being so deceptively strung along. Even without AC I'm on a budget, so I was hoping Frank's quote would be competitive and I believed every promise and kept adding another un-air-conditioned day in expectation of a price quote.

This time we're were assigned to WCU, Brendan. And we're so grateful. Brendan showed up very next day and repaired our fan in A/C unit. He is very professional, friendly, funny and wonderful person.
