Although we got off to a rocky start after a sales rep under-quoted pricing for our plan, service rep Chase went above and beyond to ensure our install was done properly. Chase has been outstanding in his level of follow up, too. Additionally, Mitch (Installation Manager) helped us navigate and ultimately solve an unanticipated hiccup. Chase and Mitch have delivered the highest level of customer service I've experienced in Austin, and MCS could not ask for better representation of their brand. Even though mosquito season in ATX is yet to get fully underway, I wanted to share that our overall experience with MCS has been positive. I am comfortable recommending this company based on the extraordinary level of knowledge and care provided by Chase and Mitch. Thank you!

While there, I got to see the facility and learned how they evaluate, clean, and properly dry area rugs. James was personable and knowledgeable, and he promised my runner would be carefully and appropriately cleaned, which it was. He also provided before and after photos, plus additional photos throughout the process, which I really appreciated. I picked it up today and couldn't be happier! It's clean and dry, with no odors or fragrances, and it looks even better than I'd hoped. Every surprise was a good one. I was equally impressed by the cost for such a high quality job. Do the math... costly but worth it for them to be gone. Fast forward to 2 weeks later. Traps were removed Friday; Mon-Fri and Amanda came once during the day to remove the first one so he wasn't captive too long and to reset. Amanda relocated 10 squirrels and sprayed the 2 trees with the traps and then the fence and back yard. Spray does NOT appear to phase the squirrel one bit!!! The very next day, I sent a photo of a squirrel literally on the area where a trap had been AND had been doused with repellent. Followed by another squirrel on the fence that next Monday afternoon. Yes, they offered to come back and trap again for another $499!?! lol For another 5 days; I would consider it if they came to reset traps more frequently, potentially trapping more.

After installing our pool in 2023, I've had constant issues with dead spots in my back yard,…read morecausing me to explore the idea of installing artificial turf. I did a lot of research on artificial turf companies servicing the Brushy Creek area and after some shopping around, came across Umesh and KG Lawn Care. After receiving some ridiculous quotes from some of the "bigger" artificial turf companies, offering a lower grade of turf for a substantially higher price, I went forward with the project with Umesh and KG Lawn Care. Umesh took on my project of installing approximately 1000 sqft of artificial turf, metal edging, and black star gravel around some cypress trees. Roughly a month before starting, I expressed to Umesh my desire to have the project completed in time for our family's annual crawfish boil, which he assured me he would fulfill. I can't say enough positive things about Umesh, Lucas, and their crew. As we neared the date of my family's party, Umesh assured me that he would push to make the deadline, even with unpredictable central Texas weather. Umesh not only kept to his promise in finishing the project in time for our party, but also knocked it out of the park! The artificial turf looks incredible and instantly became my daughter's favorite place to play. Umesh and his crew put a level of detail into the project in ensuring every aspect was perfect for my family. As pleased as I am with the project itself, the most noteworthy aspect I want to highlight in this review is how Umesh does business. In a world where so many are looking to cut corners, charge more, and provide less, I found that Umesh is a man of immense integrity who keeps to his word. Umesh delivered on his promise to ensure my yard was immaculate for my family's party, but most notably, his promise on pricing. A day before our turf was set to be installed, Umesh was notified by the turf company that the turf we picked out was no longer available (with zero warning). Umesh was forced to upgrade the turf at a difference of nearly $800. I offered to split the difference with Umesh but was told: "Nah man, it's all good. I like to keep my word and pricing. It's not your fault." This really struck me that Umesh was willing to eat $800 in order to keep his word with me on pricing. KG Lawn Care exceeded my expectations and truly helped me complete my dream back yard - The quality of work and character of Umesh will have me recommending him and his company to all my family and friends!
