The lady at the desk was very friendly and helpful and said they would call when repairs were completed. When called a week or so later, I picked up my cleaner and was told the problem was with the cord... that it had been fixed and a new filter had also been installed. The cost was around $200. I didn't have a problem with that, all things considered. When I got home and plugged the vacuum in, it ran for about five minutes, then quit, so I returned to A to Z to see what was going on. Left the machine for a second time, they called in a few days and said the problem had been resolved and that there would be no charge this time around. Picked up the cleaner, got home, plugged it in, and this time it ran for about a minute before it quit. I was so frustrated with this experience, I decided to just give up on them as a repair service. I did not take the cleaner back. They are great when it comes to selling a wonderful product, but repairs do not seem to be their specialty. After searching elsewhere for a repair service, I found none. This past week, the cleaner was disposed of as recyclable. What a shame. I am so disappointed with A to Z. I will not be a returning customer.

I have gone to the battery world in vestal 3 times to get a battery and all times left satisfied and trusted I got good service, but NOT this time and I am disappointed in the service, disappointed in the response from the owner.  I brought my truck in for abattery replacement and 3 weeks later my truck was not starting up right with the NEW battery. I checked under the hood to find out the issue was they replaced my original battery set-up parts with a different side post terminal that was too short, wrong size and left the cable nut barely holding the cable on-to the battery. Any good experienced auto service technician would have known this seen this and correctly fix it and would have known leaving it the my cable mount this way would not work well in a moving vehicle later and in time. I really dislike when any auto shop like battery world would leave doing a bad job like this and choking-it-up to the customer will never know what we did. this is the fact of what it is.  I called and brought this matter to the manager's attention. He remembered me coming in to purchase a battery, remembers the installation and blaming ware and tear and NOT the real issue of a incorect part was used in place megshift the job. His reply has left me NOT convincing. It Cost me 10 bucks to get the RIGHT part at the auto store, something they could have gone to get and to do a good job from the start. Personally my original part was in good shape and I feel the technician lost the part, dropped it in the motor compartment and? because I have done that and you need to look for it.  Businesses have to be put on account, ifyou find you don't carry the right parts for every installation, to do theright job, the right thing and let the customer know and try to make it RIGHTthen tell me instead and make it RIGHT and NOT do the shabby work.As far as I am concerned, the customerservice they used to offer has eroded. His versatility and use of color is truly outstanding. I have gotten tattoos from multiple artists, but he is by far my favorite one to work with. As a whole, the shop is great. It has a beautiful, old-fashioned layout. I frequently chat with the other artists (Paul and Shawn) and piercer (Dan) in the ship who are also very nice and make the whole experience always fantastic. This is by far the best shop I've been to in the almost 10 years I've been getting tattoos done. I could not recommend them enough.

The magazines have been a huge pain in the butt. after the free issues they automatically charge you for the subscription, and then once you find the correct number to call and cancel, they will refund your money, but then tell you that the magazine you selected has an offer to give you a certain amount of issues for just a few dollars, they give you no other options really, so i went along with it. they said that my new issues would be for a year or so and then i'd get an offer to cancel or renew. WRONG! I never got an offer, they automatically charged my account after only a few months, and the prices were absurd, $56 for a year of Sports Illustrated, but the SI website says a year subscription is only $40!! I got the number for the service that subscribed me. I called again, same scheme. They said they'd refund my money but then take out a few bucks and keep sending me the magazine, and of course I can't say no because it's all automated, it's a vicious cycle! As soon as I get my money refunded I am going to call the magazines direct and cancel the subscription. seriously, don't get caught up in the same mess I did.
