I recently hired John from True Tuner Piano Service to move my piano. I had called for an…read moreestimate, and he asked me detailed questions, such as the height of the piano, how many steps were involved, as well as the type of flooring in order to give me an accurate estimate. He offered an extremely reasonable quote for the move, and was able to make an appointment for a few days later. He kept in contact the entire time, followed up to confirm the appointment, and arrived on time. He arrived with a very muscular partner that possessed a good sense of humor. They proceeded to take apart some pieces of the piano (which was a surprise), but it was to protect the fragile parts from potential damage during the move. The piano was well protected with careful and strategic placement of pads throughout the way, and it was never in danger of being damaged. They arrived to the destination, reassembled the piano, and did not deviate from the quoted price. Extremely professional, prompt, knowledgeable, and courteous - apparently John has been in the piano business for 30 years and is quite the expert. Kudos for a job well done!

I love Cunningham Jewelry! I have been a customer for years and value their skill and attention to…read moredetail. Their service is phenomenal from the jeweler to the sales staff. I have never been disappointed! I am especially grateful that they are so honest and trustworthy. I recently brought a ring that needed to have the diamonds tightened. The jeweler told me there were two ways of doing so and explained what was involved. One way would only cost $50. The other would cost $100+ more (due to the addition of gold). I agreed to pay the higher price. When I received my piece, I was thrilled to learn that there was no need to reinforce/add the gold after all. I was only charged $50 and my ring turned out beautifully. In regard to the negative review from another customer below, I'd like to say that Cunningham's takes a photo of your jewelry whether it is to replace a watch battery for $12 or fix a thousand dollar piece. This photo is shared on both their paperwork and yours. Therefore, there is no question that the item you brought to fix is the same one returned to you. Thank you Cunningham Jewelry. Keep up the great work!
