I just had Ken reupholster a family room chair and love seat and make a bench pad to match. I was thrilled with the results. Ken was so great to work with and he finished everything in a timely manner. He even managed to deliver our pieces to our home. Ken Hodel is a master craftsman! He reupholstered two sofas that our three cats had literally scratched the stuffings out of. I was able to get ahold of Hodel Upholstery and the owner Ken was to my house the very next day. I had him reupholster two chairs in my home bar. It's where all my friends and family like to get together and hang out. Ken did a great job and when everyone came over they thought they were brand new chairs. He gave me a ton of ideas and we ended up going with a nice dark brown leather. I can be very picky about things but I couldn't be happier with the workmanship and pride he took in his work. I can heartily recommend Ken Hodel's work. He just reupholstered a lovely old sofa and chair for me. I couldn't be more pleased. :) The guy is a master craftsman !!! He took time to work with me on appropriate material for these pieces which were purchased in 1950 and, at this point, had seen better days. Ken has a wealth of samples to look at and I was delighted to find not only a lovely fabric, but one that had my name on it. He picked up and delivered the pieces and worked with my time frame which was a lot of help to me. Sorry I can't give him more than the five stars allowed. He earned about 10.
