Then, she started to blame the mistake on me. After a long time of her trying to find my shirts, I notice them on the rack. They were under a different name but get this - somehow they added a short to my order that I didn't leave. So now I'm looking for a 7th shirt that was what someone wrote on my slip. I only dropped off 6 shirts. To recap. I dropped off 6 shirts. 4 of the shirts in my order when I went to pick up were not my shirts. On the slip, they had written 7 shirts. That's what they charged me for. Stuff happen but this is gross incompetence. Added the that, the employees attitude was horrible. It was bad enough she was blaming me for them losing my shirts. When I was walking out she tells me I need to have compassion for her - she is new to the job! HORRIBLE!

I have had no issues with losing items or things not being cleaned well. Sometimes pulling into the parking lot can be hard if the light is red and traffic is built up but that is only a minor problem (and that's really stretching it to call it a problem to be honest but just a heads up).
