This was the nicest and cleanest laundromat I've ever been in with clean, comfortable seating and lots of folding tables. The woman on the phone kept insisting that I put MORE money into the washer machine that have already taken $.75 more then what's required. And had to wait almost 2 hrs for a tech to come out. Another guy from the company who has access to the coins came in VERY ill-mannered and told me that he wasn't refunding me back the remaining monies that was put into the washer. Between the mediocre customer service and the prick who refused to give me back my money I will NEVER come back here again. And I will spread the word on campus at BU and the BBB. This business sucks, PLEASE go elsewhere where you'll be respected.. **BTW this location does not have any carts to transport clothes from washer to dryer**

I had no problems with any of the machines that I used. The price for the Triple Loaders, which I regularly use to clean my queen to king size bedding is 22 quarters (yes! Quarters...none of those limiting tokens that are necessary at a few of the laundromats here) which, of course, comes to the standard $5.50. This place was relatively clean...I wasn't afraid to sit down, or fold my stuff on the table. Contrary to one review here, they did have carts to move laundry from the washer to the dryer. Having been in Austin, TX recently, and had a need to use a laundromat there; I had the pleasure of experiencing the wonders of an updated, modern 21st century laundromat with wifi, and all of the bells and whistles that came with a place that succeeded to make a usually unenjoyable drudgery an actually delight. That being said, since this is the best we have here; I will use this laundromat again.

It was thrown into a machine with regular clothes and treated no differently than a regular cotton tee. Very distressing. I can't be certain that they caused it but they didn't fill me with confidence when I spoke to them about it. They actually showed no concern at all for how the item was handled. I don't even know if they know what gray and cashmere is. The blossom Road location told me I might have better luck at their location when the owner is around. I like to think that maybe I caused the tear myself by accident by not being careful. I'm going to go to Eagles in Penfield just to be safe because this whole situation was really upsetting for me. The shirt costs too much for the business to replace. I should have documented the condition of the shirt before sending it in. I'm going to have my special clothing cleaned elsewhere to be safe. I have had no issues with letting them handle my Italian wool suits.
