She greeted everyone as they entered and checked on people while she cleaned the machines. A fantastic gal. This was the nicest and cleanest laundromat I've ever been in with clean, comfortable seating and lots of folding tables. They also have a wash and fold service that I'm sure to take advantage of in the future.

The facility is clean and obviously maintained by the Pizza place two doors away. The machines were shining because they have been wiped down, and all were in good working condition. Wash time is incredibly shorter than the thirty minutes I am used to with a wash cycle of 15 minutes. Clothes came out smelling fresh and I hope this is not because of the short rinse cycle. The dryers have substantial heat, so they get the job done provided you don't over stuff them. People leave paperback book for patrons to borrow while waiting, or to take home. My only complaint is the 1990's TV that has a 'display' box blocking one third of the screen. C'mon, TVs are cheap now. Build a retaining box if you are afraid it will get stolen!

And when I try to offer extra instructions she REFUSES to write anything down or prepare my pink ticket. I left frustrated and took my clothes back. Her discourteousness was a mood killer. A month later: A help wanted sign & a closed service window during "open hours" - that happens when you let go of considerate, polite customer service workers like you use to have. It doesn't pay to have rude and ugly acting people on your team.
