The facility is clean and obviously maintained by the Pizza place two doors away. The machines were shining because they have been wiped down, and all were in good working condition. Wash time is incredibly shorter than the thirty minutes I am used to with a wash cycle of 15 minutes. Clothes came out smelling fresh and I hope this is not because of the short rinse cycle. The dryers have substantial heat, so they get the job done provided you don't over stuff them. People leave paperback book for patrons to borrow while waiting, or to take home. Then when she finally comes behind the counter to check my bags she tells me "It won't be ready before Thursday or Friday" all before weighing or even writing my ticket. And when I try to offer extra instructions she REFUSES to write anything down or prepare my pink ticket. I left frustrated and took my clothes back. Her discourteousness was a mood killer. A month later: A help wanted sign & a closed service window during "open hours" - that happens when you let go of considerate, polite customer service workers like you use to have. It doesn't pay to have rude and ugly acting people on your team.
