At any given time, 1/3rd of the washers are out of service. The only bright spot are the nice employees who do the wash and fold, but it's best to come when they aren't here because they tie up many of the machines that aren't out of service.

She greeted everyone as they entered and checked on people while she cleaned the machines. A fantastic gal. This was the nicest and cleanest laundromat I've ever been in with clean, comfortable seating and lots of folding tables. They also have a wash and fold service that I'm sure to take advantage of in the future.

I walked in to drop my clothes off and I've greeted with a terse "You're gonna have to wait a minute". Then when she finally comes behind the counter to check my bags she tells me "It won't be ready before Thursday or Friday" all before weighing or even writing my ticket. And when I try to offer extra instructions she REFUSES to write anything down or prepare my pink ticket. I left frustrated and took my clothes back. Her discourteousness was a mood killer. A month later: A help wanted sign & a closed service window during "open hours" - that happens when you let go of considerate, polite customer service workers like you use to have. It doesn't pay to have rude and ugly acting people on your team.
