First let me say that the groom and his party were all outfitted here, and everyone was very pleased. Myself, I bought the entire outfit at Men's Wearhouse. Suit, shoes, belt, shirt and tie. (A nice Kenneth Cole outfit, and yeah- I look good in it!) I was all set. Until I got it in my head that the shirt was too big. So, in typical MAN's fashion- I waited until last week and KELLY happily and smoothy exchanged it for me. And also in typical man's fashion, I didn't try it on. Well, the wedding is tonight. Yesterday I tried on the shirt- and it's TOO SMALL, just too tight around the neck. So sheepishly I returned this morning to Men's Wearhouse and explained to TIOGA my scatter-brained problem. Much to my relief, without hesitation, she swapped out my shirt for me- AGAIN- and somehow, because of rewards points, etc.- I got a 77 cent REFUND!!! Any firm can sell you a suit. It's what they do when something goes wrong that really means everything. I was SOOO anxious about this shirt and KELLY and TIOGA were really so nice and helpful.
