I would use the fitting room on several occassions when I need to show Mai, the seamstress, the fit of the pants and preferred alternation markings. Mai and her husband keep the place nice and neat. 3. Service: Mai, her husband, Loc, and the entire team always go above and beyond to make sure your clothes are evenly pressed, clean, and well maintained. They have been in business for a very long time, and are extremely knowledgeable and kind. In addition to dry cleaning, Mai tailors clothes very well. She had hemmed many of my work pants and jeans. Furthermore, Mai and her husband are amazing at spot checking for stains and ensuring the removal of it. 4. Costs: The price is reasonable and subject to change based on the category of the clothes. The anarkali is immaculate so that I can wear it for future occasions, and my gown is neatly preserved in the provided "Bridal Chest" box. For gown preservation, the staff will begin work on the gown (I had a veil as well), then contact you to assess how it looks before packaging for preservation. My gown was rumpled in the back of my car for nearly a year before I made the time to find a preservation service and take it in, so I have a lot of faith and confidence that the staff here can make miracles happen, especially if you are more timely than I was. I will definitely use Mclean cleaners again for specialty cleaning.

The workers are really nice and accommodating. My friend unfortunately lost the pants to her áo dài and thought they may have been misplaced it at the store, and they were very helpful by checking their security footage to see if it was brought there (it wasnt lol). When I came in to get my dress tailored, the lady was really helpful and gave me suggestions on how I could adjust the dress. My fiancé ended up picking it up for me, and when I tried it on later, I felt like I didn't love the final look 100%. I called around 5:30 PM to see if there was any way they could help touch it up. I got there around 5:40 PM and explained that I needed it the next morning by 9 AM. She told me not to worry and to come back at 6:30 PM, right before closing. She was so nice and fixed it up for me really quickly, and there was no extra charge. I will say, I was a little taken aback by the price of the tailoring. This was my first time getting a dress tailored, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I had the shoulders adjusted, a slit added, and the back touched up, and it came out to around $150. I'm not sure if that's a normal/average price since this was my first time..... But anyway-- the place is clean, the staff is super friendly, and they were really accommodating. I'll definitely be coming back to get more of my dresses tailored and dry cleaned here! :)
