Went through the drive through and ordered an ice cream, and was told the machine isn't working right. My friend who went inside to use the restroom and then ordered and HE was able to get a McFlurry. We switched and I went to the restroom and then picked up his food/McFlurry and asked if the ice cream machine suddenly got fixed. They looked at me like I was crazy and when I said I just went through the drive through and you told me no, but you'll make it for him? Seriously? Then I hear the excuses of "oh that took me 10 minutes to make" and "it works sometimes and then doesn't", yea okay how dumb do you think I am? Disclaimer: I know it's McDonald's, and anybody with half a brain does not expect anything great. With that said.......... This McDonald's is the absolute worst McDonald's that I have ever been to. Unfortunately, it is the closest location to my house. From sloppy food preparation, to borderline sex acts between employees taking place in the plain view of the drive thru window, to the one idiot that never pulls his pants up and chain smokes with his homies outside on break, using language that would chase the old ladies away. I've complained numerous times to McDonald's corporate, and have even spoken with the franchise owner. Nothing has helped. If you live in Yucaipa, you know what I am talking about. If you're on the 10 freeway, and you need a bite to eat, keep on going to Calimesa Blvd. (East) or Redlands Blvd. (West), and you'll get a much better product. read more

This location doesn't deserve 1 star. I've never been to such a messy McDonald's before. when I first arrived i couldn't help but notice how bad it smelled, it smelled like feet and feces. There was not one clean table (except for the middle island) there was trash EVERYWHERE. This McDonald's is the most unorganized fast food restaurant I have ever been to. A customer before me was waiting 20 minutes for her order because they forgot about her. Then they made my order twice. They ALSO gave me peach pie FIVE TIMES after I ordered an apple pie. Every time I took a bite of my "apple" pie it turned out to be peach. FIVE TIMES! They kept assuring me it was apple but were incorrect all five times. Finally it seemed like my order was not going to be properly filled so I just gave up and left. Ridiculous. Even after talking to the manager/shift lead after the fourth wrong order, the fifth order was still incorrect. Every time I brought this to their attention I was met with excuses and complete dissatisfaction. This store really needs to learn how to operate properly and work as a team. They also need to learn how to interact with customers and help maintain the quality service expected at every McDonald's restaurant. I will not be returning here. read more

I just came from this McDonald's and the experience was horrible I ordered a pico guacamole with grilled chicken....& let me just say, when I opened the box the grilled chicken was undercooked, they didn't give me no guacamole, and no lettuce. They put some disgusting liquid that I guess it's suppose to be ranch but honestly didn't even taste like ranch it was just so liquidity. Also they put little bits of chips of who knows what. Ugh, this McDonald's is one of the worst. Dr pepper usually tastes like soda water, they never fill up the fries, see my photo i added, i ordered a large and medium fry with meals. The large fry fit into the medium box! So why i am i paying for a large if your serving medium size portions!? My medium barely over filled the small fry bag from my childs mighty kids meal. Oh and I asked for added pickles to my sandwich, wow 1 measly extra small slice. To top it off the one bbq sauce they give with the 6pc nugget meal was broke open so when i got home my 2 napkins & pies had bbq sauce all over them. Recently visited McDonald's in Yucaipa. Got there after lunch hour,we though the place was very busy Inside and in the drive thru. Have eaten there before BUT this time the manager was all over the place, NO ONE was at the counter to take orders. Went at 2pm today, the drive thru order girl was awful, I had to say my order 3 times!! She finally got it right on paper but my order was so wrong and incomplete! Amazing experience, never been to a McDonalds like this. I live in town and remember I would not come to this McDonald's before. Must be under new management. Brought my daughter for dinner and the staff was awesome, one team member James went above and beyond. I didnt know they were doing complimentary cones and James came up and offered my daughter one, he was super nice. Asked if I needed any salt or ketchup, and how everything came out. Was not used to this from McDonald's but whatever you guys are doing keep it up! Food was good, especially the fries lol, and the customer service was outstanding! I went here today at around 12:45pm and as someone with food allergies, it's often hard to find good service. The woman behind the counter was understanding and helped me with my order. She was prompt and got me my order in record time, considering I explained my allergies and I needed them to exclude tartar sauce from my fish filet. The fish tasted good and was cooked fresh - could have used a bit of salt, but that wasn't any huge deal. The buns were soft and fluffy - you could tell they weren't old. My order was cooked to perfection. Thank you to the wonderful cashier. She was positive and upbeat in the midst of a lunch rush and boisterous kids that kept coming in through the doors. I'm giving this a 3.5 out of 5. Just average McDonalds, but I'd like to compliment one of the crew members (Aaron). I had ordered a few things and everything was correct, but I was missing a 10 piece nugget. I was a little frustrated about it and made a phone call to the McDonald's. Aaron had respectfully said that he noticed extra nuggets on the side and they had made a simple mistake. He requested that I come back and he would make me new ones. I came back and Aaron had those extra nugs ready and he had thrown in a "Free Meal Voucher" and a "Free Coffee Drink Voucher." He expressed his apologies and was very professional about it. I won't complain about the food since it's McDonalds. It is what it is. I'm going to talk about other things. The drive-thru is in the absolute worst place possible. Since the service is really slow, there are cars backed up blocking traffic in the parking lot. As for the service, half the time the don't get my order right, on top of being slow as molasses.
