When I arrived at Wingstop there were 3 or 4 employees there. They were in the back talking and laughing and cussing with each other while I stood waiting to get my order taken for about 15 minutes. I ordered a half a dozen Parmesan wings and a dozen of traditional hot wings. I also ordered french fries. I live about 10 minutes away from this establishment. By the time I got home, the fries were soggy and not seasoned. The Parmesan wings were not seasoned correctly. The dining room is filthy. From the tables to the legs on the tables to the chairs. You would think a fully staffed business and no customers would mean this place would be spotless. One more thing I'd like to add is the phone was ringing off the hook the whole time I was waiting for my food and the employees were in the back, laughing and talking. What happened to customer service? The workers are now arguing with customers and are not providing solutions? Spoke with Isaac after receiving a late Doordarsh delivery (supposedly due to an incorrect address) and the food was cold. When we called Wingstop to gather information regarding the process in assigning addresses to doordash, Isaac thought it was ok to hang up the phone on an upset paying customer. **DISCLAIMER**: I have never left a bad review for any company but getting served completely raw chicken meat hidden by smothering buffalo sauce has inspired me to share my story. They don't use containers to put their fries and vegetables in and the vegetables were tipped on its side and all the water dumped out onto the fries and we could not eat them. Even the bottom of the bag had water on it. Also, we were provided a full container of bbq wings and half containers of the other 3 flavors. I called to speak with the manager and she asked me if I wanted to go pick up and I told her no because my kids were already getting ready for bed. She then told me that the distribution wasn't considered "messed up" because she wasn't told to distribute them evenly or she would have. "They were closed," she said. If that is the case, then change your sign. Don't keep the open light on. Lock the door. This location on the other hand is spotless and provides excellent customer services. I had an issues with receiving a flavor I didn't order but the management was kind enough to make the order again and with little to no wait time! The staff is very friendly and knows how to treat their customers. Due to Covid there is no dining inside, the wait time to pick up your order was fast and timely. Well, this is the last time I go to Wing Stop. Ordered 15 Barbecue wings, got 12 mild buffalo. I wasn't paying attention so I took the order home. Got home, opened the box, and obviously realized the problem. I bought that flavor for my wife and 2 kids. All 3 of them tried it and didn't like it. Drive back to Wing Stop, tell them what happened. I totally took the blame because I wasn't paying attention(even though it was their fault). I sat down and 5 minutes later, the shift manager calls me and tells me they can't give me a new order if more than half were eaten. There was 9 wings left out of an order of 15 and they shorted me 3 wings to begin with. I'm not going to sit here and have a debate with someone essentially calling me a thief. I explained what happened and he just gave me this look like, "sure buddy". I ignored it. He said fine, they would remake me the 15 wings. They gave me 11. So....even though it's going to be a bit odd, I highly recommend counting the wings right there at the counter. They get caught a few times and they'll stop shorting people. I like the place, but I'm seriously never going there again after this. I'm not going to drive home, grab plates, get forks, and drinks for everyone, open everything up then have to drive all the way back there to steal 3(or even 6) wings.
