Every time I go there they park me. When I get my food it's always cold. What is the sense of parking me to give me cold food. Today they tried to park me yet again. I told them I wasn't going to park for this reason. It took seconds to get the food. All they are worried about is those timers they have in there restaurants. After leaving I didn't get what I ordered. This such a crap show. Never again! read more

Wife ordered big mac & fries NO SALT. get to the pickup window and told to pull up to the railing. 10 min later she goes in, her food is on the counter nobody bothered to bring it out. Eats a fry on the way home - SALTED! At least they remade it and gave her a refund. But still close to 1/2 hour for a big mac meal. But having lived in this state for 3 years it's good - fast - correct - we can only do 2 when it comes to fast food. read more

I have eaten at this McDonalds for many years. It used to be the best one in the area, but since the pandemic the staff have been extremely rude and the food has made me sick EVERY TIME. I am ashamed to admit how many times I have been there since March of 2020. I am writing this from the toilet, as I have been sent home from work for being sick. This McDonalds is literally costing my hourly income because of their irresponsible food handling methods. If you value having healthy bowels or your hourly income, you should avoid this place. They clearly do not care about the health or safety of their customers. This is the cost of my "quick breakfast." I will never return. read more

So first they told me the coffee I wanted wasn't available anymore. Even tho I got one yesterday and they still had it on their menu And my friend got a mcflurry and then two guys came in and ordered mcflurrys and got theirs way before my friend even tho she ordered first. Plus the girl at the register was rude and did not want to service us at all read more

This McDonald's is the absolute best McDonald's I've been to! They have the most incredibly nice staff! I I've never been happier with my fast food. All the food was fresh and perfect! It was a great experience. It's the little things in life. read more

Everything is automated which is kind of nice because you know you're putting the order in right but this is still a McDonalds after all. Food came out right and fast. Pretty clean for fast food. read more

A truck was blocking the drive threw. We went around building and cut in to order. They told us that we needed to drive around the building. I stated we did already and that a truck was blocking the driveway. They stated we had to go around the building. Where did they learn customer service? read more

Not only is our drive-through order rarely correct, but last night we ordered burgers and when we got home, one of the "burgers" had no burger in it! It was just a bun with cheese, ketchup, and mustard. How does that happen? This place needs some good management for starters, people who can take orders correctly, and a quality check person to be sure the orders are as specified by the customer. read more

After wanting something quick and easy for dinner tonight our stop at this McDonald's location was anything but that! We waited for 20 Plus minutes for our meal at the pick-up window without an apology from any worker inside. My daughters happy meal was cold and had no gogurt. This is the second time my wife and I have had to wait at the spot for our food, last time was 30 minutes with no pull up, apology or offer to make the wait right. This will be a spot we stop frequenting if this crappy service continues. read more

All I have to say is that I've been waiting in the drive thru line for over 10 minutes. And that's not because the line is wrapped around the building or anything, I'm sitting just behind the speaker. I have been since I pulled up here. It's because literally no one has gotten their food yet, the line is not moving. If there wasn't a car behind me, I'd back up and leave. read more

Ordered double quarter pounder meal at drive-thru just after midnight 11/4. one customer in front of me. waited 10 mins before being told that I needed to pull ahead and wait. after an additional 15 mins, finally received food. had to ask for drink and finally received my whole order after 30 mins. after leaving, discovered I had paid for a double quarter pounder (as ordered) but received a single and that burger was hard as as rock. I am very understanding of a mistake here or there, but this was absolutely ridiculous! read more

I work 2nd shift as a server (as a closer), and I sometimes come here after work to get some food, maybe once a week. Based upon past experiences this is the slowest drive-through service in York county. It's actually laughable. I currently am in line at their drive through. I ordered at 1:46am and had 5 cars in front of me. It's now 2:00am and only moved one car length. Still four cars in front of me. This is symmetrical to the past 2 visits, which I thought were flukes. Third time I'm convinced. It will take about 30 mins to retrieve the quarter pounder I ordered. Cars ahead of me have no more than two or three people inside. From the silhouettes of the shining lights I can see clearly through the windows. There are only two or three heads. I feel like there are a fleet of interstate buses in front of me. Appalling drive-through speeds. I clearly have learned my lesson. read more

Don't EVER go at night. I'm pretty sure they only have one person running the whole place. WORST SERVICE EVER!!! In the drive thru you wait so long for your order to be taken and then they take forever to answer the window even when there's no one in front of you. To top it off, they are so rude and basically throw your food at you and close the window. I didn't even hav time to ask for the sauce they said would be in there. read more

The food is usually good and hot but they really need to work on their morning rush speed. Often will make people pull forward into spots to wait for things they ordered. It's annoying but there's not much you can do since you've already paid. read more

I wish I could give 0 stars. I stop by there more frequently than I probably, but today was awful. I ordered 2 large diet cokes and 2 hash browns... Easy enough right? Nope. The lady working the drive through thought I said 2l arge fries in place of the hash browns and cashed out my order before I even could say it was wrong. She told me there was nothing she could do about it until I got to the window. 10 minutes later I get to the window and they have it right. As soon as I went up to the second window I was handed my sodas by a woman who looked like she was madder than hell. As soon as she was about to hand me my food and she stops to talk to a coworker who has a cigarette in her hand along with a lighter and they were just talking away. As soon as she opened the window, I said thank you and she said thank you in a rude way and not to mention, a quarter of one of my hash browns was taken off. It was just a bad experience read more

So Today, I went in for ice cream with a friend who was upset but they told us we couldn't have no ice cream since a certain time. The thing is yesterday my friend got ice cream at 11:30 pm and that is around the time we went in. I'm getting upset everyday about McDonalds. My family hates it now and I just about ready to tell you to please shut down, if your employees aren't gonna work for money then why should you even be open. read more

One star is generous. This place is SLOW. It looked like there was no manager on duty, employees were on their phones texting, talking to each other, or just wandering aimlessly. I was actually in the drive through, but they had no fries so I had to wait in the special parking space. I was there for 10 minutes when I finally went in to find out they forgot me. And they were out of fries AGAIN because the fry girl was busy talking so I had to wait even longer. I got home and my drinks were wrong. read more

I had problems with this place a couple years ago trying to figure out when they were open. I also was once sitting in the drive through when a car pushed in front of the car in front of me and when it got to the window had a lengthly discussion with the window person and left. When I got to the window I raised holy hell about it only to be told that was the manager in the car. He can't even go inside to talk to his people? He can't get in line? I gave up trying to figure out the new dual lane drive through. I no longer go there. read more

I recently went to this McDonald's and I had a very unpleasant experience. We asked if they had shamrock shakes and they said it wasn't supposed to come out until March but we had looked it up and it was said to come out in February. We decided to just get regular milkshakes. The worker took a long time to get to our order and when she finally did and put the whipped cream in, she put her finger into the whipped cream ask she put it in. It was very cringe and with the flu going around, it made me very queasy. I drank some of it but didn't drink much. I didn't want to get to the whipped cream. Their manager didn't know what he was doing and the service is bad and they are not polite at all. I do not recommend going here they are gross and dirty. read more

just left there, order the new bacon big mac from drive thur, get home and its just a big mac, never again

Most of the staff goofs off. Normally on a average night about 12 employees are on a shift an 7 of them are standing around doing nothing or refilling their drink at least twice as I wait wait wait for a ice coffee that had to be remain twice before getting it right. And what about my sausage mcmuffin. I asked for no egg. I get a mcmuffin with ONLY cheese. It takes only 20 mins to remake them. The line is always insanely long because they are too SLOW. And DONT CARE. This turns me away so so much. Your better off throwing a piece of cheese on some bread in the mornin. Tea is always stale too. Always forget SOMETHING just about every time. I give up. read more
