i've came here several times and everytime i order my cheesy bean and rice burrito, onions have been left on it. no where on the burrito does it state to have onions and it makes me unable to eat the burrito i paid for. this has only been an issue with this location. call me a karen but it messes up a meal i was happy to eat, taco bell is my comfort food and the individuals making my burrito ruins it every time. read more

Good food but unfortunately in my last few orders there have been missing items and wring items. I also feel that the customer service is sub-par for fast food. People will be walking around while you wait at the register and nobody says "we will be with you shortly" or anything to that affect. I don't mind waiting but i do mind being ignored entirely. The interior usually has cleanly tables if you choose carefully. Sometimes their dining room is closed but drive through is open due to them being short staffed. read more

My app order was "being made" for over 45 minutes. Never updated the app that it was made. Crunchwrap supreme was also burnt.

Perhaps the best thing about this place is that they also serve Pizza Hut personal pizzas and breadsticks in addition to the Taco Bell food. I try to avoid going inside, as in the past it hasn't always been the cleanest and it is small and cramped. The staff has never seemed to be trained very well either. I know it is fast food, but whatever you do, you should at least do to the best of your abilities. How hard is it to get an order correct and feign at least half a smile? All that aside, it is pretty standard food for a Taco Bell/Pizza Hut. If that is what you are craving, this place will suffice. read more

I had an issue with the staff Thursday night. My 11 year old Son was admitted to York hospital and I was heading there from work to spend the night with him. All he wanted was for me to get him a Pizza Hut meal from this Taco Bell. I went inside to place my order and the girl at the counter said "you can't order that because we are out of pizza". I said "really, your completely out of every kind of pizza?" Then she said "no, we have the stuff to make it but we're under staffed right now". I then asked " so you just lied to me?"" You aren't really out of pizza you just don't feel like making it right now?" She said " yes sir, we're understaffed so I can't let you order any pizzas " So I left and went to little Cesar. BUT THATS NOT THE END OF THIS STORY!!! The next day, Friday. My son was discharged from the hospital around noon and since we had to drive right past the same Taco Bell on Queen street just before the 83. I decided to make a quick stop to let a manager know what had happened So I go inside and ask for the manager and they ask me to wait. I wait about 10 minutes and when the manager comes to the counter I say"let's step over to the hall, I'm not here to make a seen but there's something I need to tell you" She meets me in the hall and I say " I need to talk to you about last night". She said "let me stop you right there " "I've already received 3 complaints about last night. I'm going to talk to the manager and assistant manager and make sure it doesn't happen again ". So I look at her and say"but I haven't told you what happened yet, don't you want to know?" And she looked right at me and said"no I don't ""I already know that there was a problem and I'm going to talk to them about it so it doesn't happen again" And I say " how can you make sure what happened to me doesn't happen again if you haven't even heard what happened?" She says " I really don't care, it's rush hour and I need to get back to making food so what happened yesterday doesn't happen again today". And she turned around, went thru the door and left me standing there in the hall. If anyone out there knows the owner or district manager of this store please forward this to them. They have a very serious problem with customer service. read more

A minus -5 I can't even give them a one star rating. The service is the worse I have ever encountered. When the old Taco Bell building was there the service was amazing and very fast. Now you go there to eat inside count on waiting over a hour to receive your food or sometimes not at all because your lunch time is over and you need to get a refund to only find out they never started preparing your food at all. They seem too wait on the drive through customers first and counter customers are at the bottom of the list. Regarding if you've been there long before the next car pulls up at their drive through. First time there months ago I waited after ordering a 1hr and a 1/2 for my food. Mind you it's a slow day. Second time I waited 1 hour. Tonight went there again thinking they would get my food to me fast because there was no other customers inside. I was wrong. Me and my daughter were asked to use their new kiosk set up. We both did as we were asked. Another man came in and the girl working there took their order at the register. My daughter and I went and sat down waiting endlessly for our food. Here I was watching the cooks in the back handing bag after bags of food out the drive through neglecting preparing our food. The man and his son who came after us then got his food before me or my daughter. This was about a half hour at this point. Still watching vehicles come and go at the drive through. After 46 minutes the girl comes with my daughters food and I still have not received mine. Another 10 minutes go by and my daughter is eating her food. I go up too the counter and ask why have I not received my food when I was here long before any of these people receiving their food. To my surprise here they never even started my order. I was pissed and ask for a refund and told them I will never come back there again. It's called fast food but these people who work there don't seem too grasp that. Ughhh, where to start... Well the young girl at the front counter seemed to be rather overwhelmed at just the 2 of us getting a combined order which consisted of a quesadilla meal and 2 hard shell supreme tacos with no tomato. A few other people came in as I patiently waited for our order and my girlfriend had asked me to get her some cinnamon twists. No problem right? Wrong. I waited and ordered them like usual and I was back in line waiting for my original order which was our meal. At this point 5 people are waiting for their orders as the girl behind the counter came out and basically stacked the sauces at the condiment stand rather than help her fellow coworkers. 17 min goes by and we received our original order we placed and I noticed I didn't get sour cream which is $.50 a cup which is ridiculous but I digress. So I jump back up there after putting the tray at the table and while waiting for the cinnamon twists order 2 cups of sour cream. Instead of the girl taking the orders just running and grabbing the sour cream she just stood there with a blank stare when I asked her if she could. I had to wait for one of the girls who were busting their humps making the orders in the back to come out and ask her if she could grab it for me in which she did with no issue at all. Once I sat down to enjoy my meal after 30 or so min I noticed that my hard shell taco I got with my quesadilla was chicken and not beef as I had specified, the chicken that was on my quesadilla was very very scarce, and all of my food was cold and soggy. I don't know if this is a training issue of just lack of intelligence with the cashier but I'll be sure to be going to the market st location even though it is out of the way to ensure ill get what I ordered within a timely manner. I could have ordered a filet minon at a 5 star restaurant and had a shorter ticket time than this. How do I know this? I've worked in some of the more prosperous restaurants in Baltimore, and York County. Hopefully this issue is addressed for future customers. read more

I was going to go here for a 10 pack of tacos but as long as they continue the idiotic practice of asking for names I'm not going there. It's all a childish game of monkey see monkey do. Another stupid idea is making "fast" food one item at a time which has changed food places into nightmares of waiting. Recently at the most famous hamburg place I waited for two burgers until I thought I was going to die and got an apology after they finally made them but while I was waiting I watched a fellow in the kitchen making a dozen double burgers at the same time but no one ordered them. There was only two customers there. What were they going to do with them? What was wrong when they made some ahead? Does slowing down all these places help anything? read more

Very disappointing experience tonight. My Order was placed through the drive thru. After I placed my order I had to wait for some time for the car in front of me to receive their food. This did not particularly bother me as I realize that sometimes there is a wait so that other customers needs are met. Once I reached the window I asked if I could add an item to my order. I was told that I was not able to order any additional items because they were "crazy busy." I was also told that if I wanted to add anything else that I would have to pay first, and then go through the line again. There were two cars behind me. My entire order 12 tacos, quesadillas, sauces, and my receipt were shoved into the box very poorly. When I came home I opened the tacos and discovered that they were "regular" and not the "supreme" tacos that I upgraded to and paid for. In addition the chicken quesadilla had very little chicken/cheese inside. My last visit at this location was disappointing as well. I went through the drive thru and ordered 2-12 packs of tacos. When I reached the window I was scolded by the cashier and told that "the next time I need that many tacos I should call ahead." I never knew that calling ahead for fast food was even an option. I completed the online survey about my visit. At the the end of the survey there was a prompt to call and speak to customer service directly. When I called the number it was a recording stating that they were closed. As someone who has worked many years in customer service I am highly dissatisfied with the level of service received at this restaurant. Employees should always be striving to meet the the needs of customers so that they will return. My needs have not been met by this restaurant, and my return is not likely. read more
