food was done quickly everything was great, the vibe of this place is so cute, amazing staff overall 10/10

We went there last year and got rice burritos with a hint of beans. My honey was brave enough to try a second time, and this time asked for less rice and more beans. Not only was it mostly rice again, he had to go back and ask for more beans. The goth server with a multitude of facial piercings was reluctant to even acknowledge him, even though she stared right at him while he talked. He had to ask the cashier to ask for more beans, then she barely dipped into get me little more than a tablespoon. That's twice now they've been quite stingy with the beans, it's not like it's steak or something. Sheesh. Otherwise the place seemed clean enough, though the music was pretty loud. read more

Don't listen to the reviews! I was a little hesitant due to the 3.5 stars but we made a pitstop on the Memory Lane location on our way up from baltimore. I got the barbacoa burrito without salsa and the peach poltergeist sauce. It was outstanding. My wife got the cheese quesadilla and loved it. The crispy bits are the best. No photo, couldn't stop eating. read more

The place is small and nicely decorated. It's very clean as was the restrooms. The staff was friendly and accommodating and answered all the many questions I had. The food was AMAZING, I had a a chicken burrito, and I know that sounds simple but there was just something about it that I can't quite put my finger on but it was totally delicious. I bought a couple of their hot sauces and they were very tasty, but to be honest I got the hot sauce on the mild to medium range. I would very much recommend this place to anyone looking to have a delicious, and quick Mexican meal. Check out their website to see the menu. read more

I love everything about Rob's. From the edgy (often loud) rock - hard rock music pumping through the restaurant, to the staff - always friendly and helpful, though not always what "some" would consider front line wait staff , to the food..... Always amazing and made to perfection. Special requests are handled with precision. I highly recommend giving this local, family business a try! My favorite is the Surf and Turf with Peach Warrior sauce but there are so many delicious options. My only "wish" is that you would offer a delivery option like Uber eats... even if it is only during off peak times of the day. I totally get that at times you are busy enough without the 'extra'. read more

burrito was not hot, dry and flavorless. nachos were lukewarm and the chips were soggy. we usually love whatever we get from roburritos, this it was very disappointing. read more

The first time I went to Robs, I went to the one at the Eastern market. I got the surf and turf burrito without the tortilla. It had good flavor and was a good portion. This issue is when I picked up food 2/14 for Valentine's Day. I got the exact same thing, the portion was so small and it was the exact same price as previously. Not sure if the staff was just having a bad day or what the issue was. Both bowls were $12 and I think it was a huge slap in the face. I will not be returning. Please save your money. read more

I currently live in NC and have been craving Rob's for the last year and a half. I finally traveled home for a visit anddddd was not met with the same quality as I remember. Granted, this location is not my favorite, but I figured it was worth the gamble. I never suggest ordering Rob's as take out. The experience just really is not the same. I always get the chicken burritodilla meal-- it comes with a drink, chips, pico, guacamole, and sour cream. Much to my dismay, Rob's didn't have limeade that day and they forgot to put sour cream and guac in my bag (which I didn't realize until I had already left.) Food was kinda soggy from being wrapped up, which, again, is mostly from getting take out, but the flavor was lacking that day. Sauces did not disappoint though-- I bought a Curse of Dracula and Texas Hold'em to take back to NC with me. Kind of a bummer that it's .50 extra for a sauce cup, but, if you eat there, it's free. Obviously I'm going to return, but probably will go to the Eastern Market location. Gotta say, the people at this one were still pretty nice though. read more

The chicken Roburrito with extra Pearl Harbor sauce is always my go to burrito. As good today as it has always been. I have always and will continue to recommend Roburrito's to everyone looking for something just a little different. The only complaint I have about the west york location is the parking because I drive a bigger truck, but that's a minor issue. read more

Food Just awful. White rice does not go into a burrito meat was tough and tasteless Salsa was great but without the burrito who cares read more

Roburrito with chicken & everything on it with medium sauce in the bottle is my go to! I call order it & it's ready every time!

Awful food and service. They have gone down in their quality and service. T Back in the day, they had been the best now, not even close to what was now bland with rude and dirty place of business. read more

Best burritos ever. Nice people! My wife and myself, plus our staff all loved their food, especially the Destroyer. Highly recommended!

Ive had a couple friends tell me to go here for a while and i finally did!! I got a regular burrito with potatoes and everything on it. I did a combo to get chips/salsa and a fountain drink. The service was friendly and pretty fast, but I was the only person there at the time. The burrito was pretty good, but I will definitely try one of the sauces next time! read more

Delicious. Sauces are tasty. The only gluten free choices are toppings on chips cold or nachos so be prepared. Flour tortilla Burritos. No corn tortillas. Could use more inside seating options, maybe another booth or two. But you know you had a good meal when you are still tasting it when you leave. read more

For American style Mexican food, it surpasses Chipotle by miles. The burrito is great - although next time I'll ask for less rice but that's just my preference. There are lots of sauces to choose from, both spicy and sweet. Chicken is tender and juicy. My order took a while but was worth the wait. Overall, as a general consensus, they're pretty delicious and I will be back! read more

I love when I call this business to try and support a local company, nine times out of ten they put me on hold and NEVER come back to the phone. I understand being busy but there is no need to put someone on hold and never come back to the phone. My theory is they do this so they can play catch up with orders they already have, please hire more people and do a better job. read more

Hey!!!!! Nice surprise.. Roburrito's! It's now located off Highland and Bannister and they are JAMMING! First thing you note is the music... it really cool old school ... then the coolest customer service on the planet... I didn't even get to the food yet.. but wait... the place is CLEAN.. noticed the server spraying down tables. I used the bathroom: CLEAN! Hot water, soap and paper towel all available as they should. Now ... (drum roll!!) The food.. my first time here so I played it safe.. but order the BURRITODILLA w bacon!!! Yummmmm! Great Job crew! I'll be back!!! You will too!! read more

This place get worse every time I visit. This will be the last. Old Grumpy Marks hot sauce is the only thing keeping them afloat. Horrible management from Emelia. Order accuracy is a joke along with the idiots taking the order. Why are you messing up so much? Why? As an older employee I refuse to go here now. If I want diahreeah I'll get if from chipotle and use my OGM at home. Roburritos is a shell of what it use to be read more

Cheesy goodness served with a punk rock attitude. I go here when I need my cheesy, sour cream, guacamole fix! They have a few locations (in Central Market, on Market Street, and in Red Lion). They are not fast (unless you say, "dude, I'm in a f***in rush, can you hook me up"), but they are gooooood and worth the short wait! Don't go here if you are thinking California style burritos, this place is run by a skater. So no cushy places to sit, no artsy BS. Just big ass cheesy Mexican (and I use the word Mexican very loosely to describe this food) goodness wrapped in foil and served fresh. read more

Poor customer service here. And, They do not let you customize your burritos without charging you a small fortune. For example - if you want lettuce on your burrito - nope... that will cost $1 extra... read more

Called at 7:50 and told the guy I wanted to buy like 5 burritos. I called to ask if that would be okay. He said as long as you get here by 8. I could have made it there very close to 8pm and was willing to buy for my whole family. SHIT customer service. I love eating here but I'm about to not buy from them every again just because of this. Sadly it appears this place is no more. Stopped by there this evening and it's now a hotdog joint. Seems like every time I come to York another great restaurant is gone. read more

My kids and I just left the new location of Roburritos in West York. I will NEVER go back there again. First the girl at the front taking our order was a complete ass. So rude no customer service. The food was terrible! Spent $35 and my daughter would not even touch it. Never again read more

Obviously, restaurants at this time are not at their best. Coming from a restaurant background, grace is important. However, I found the food to be less than desirable and not in proportion to the price that was paid. I have been to other locations and enjoyed what I have come to expect from the franchise. Not this week. read more

The best place you could possibly go for burritos in York. If you aren't using the hot sauce, you're doing it wrong! Try kyle style with your burrito, costs a little extra but worth every penny. Kyle style is crushed up chips and midnight mango hot sauce in the burrito before it's served. Robs is my number one place to eat when going out! Highly recommend! read more

Defintely one of the best burrito places I've been too. Great sauce. Great big portion. Lots of customizing. It was my first bacon and steak burrito. I look forward to having to travel to work in York for this place. My only wish is a bigger seating area, but if they keep making great burritos, I don't doubt they will be. read more

I think the recipes are great and food is good, but looking at the staffs dirty fingernails, clothes and hair, I cant say I recommend eating here. I wish I could, cause I used to enjoy the burritos until I actually walked inside once. The staff is just way too grubby, hungover and stinky for my tastes....as far as the 'hipster' feel a lot of the other reviews have referenced..LOL. read more

Very rude employees!! We walked in from 90+ temps with masks covering our mouths only. We were immediately yelled (mumbled) at from a female in the back. We couldn't understand her at 1st until the rest of the staff all yelling cover your nose with other insults. After being insulted from the door we chose to leave as we weren't given a chance. Not wanting my food tempered with from their disrespectful staff was also a thought. As we walked out staff female yelled Round The Clock Diner is up the street no masks required. Very unprofessional instead of worrying about proper mask wearing maybe clean your sticky counters and floors invest in some HVAC. Will never go back nor use their services for numerous catering events as in the past!!! read more

Blurb: Not really sure how Roburrito's has anything less than a full 5 star average here on Yelp. I've been coming to Robs (at their various locations) since around 2006. In fact it was I believe the first burrito I had ever had (other than Taco Bell *gross*). Yes, the atmosphere can be grating especially if you're over 30. But I have always had amazing service, the order has been accurate on all but two occasions over 10 years. Plus the food is nearly always phenomenal. I take every friend that is in town visiting to this place and hands down they have all loved it. Most pine after it sadly once they've gone. Food: Burrito - Steak and potato, extra guac, w/any of grumpy marks sauces. Pearl Harbor, Curse of Dracula, Peach Warrior are my favs. Quesadilla/Burritodilla - My daughter will tell you that their quesadilla is great! I definitely order it when I'm in the mood for cheese overload. Taco Salad - Addictive dressing. Srsly I don't know what they have in it but it's so good. Crispy taco shell filled with chicken lettuce cucumber guac and beans. Definitely not healthy but delicious. GUAC GUAC GUAC Their guac is amazing as are their fresh fried tortilla chips. If I ever move from here I am going to be coming back JUST for Roburritos. Truly a staple of York county. read more

Bland... Okay, I understand they're catering to a particular crowd. But it's really got that Yuppie-healtharito feel to it. Both my wife and I were disappointed. A friend loves this place and I was so excited. Hoping to find a nice southern California style taco joint alike to Alberto/Roberto/Aibertos in San Diego. (If you've eaten a San Diego wet beef burrito with a bag of hot carrots and jalapenos - you know what I mean.) If you're looking for a simple, reasonably healthy meal. Give this place a go. It's probably a 3-4 * on that level. If you're looking for good authentic Mexican. I think there's better. That said, good advertising campaign, and yes - a vote for Roburrito in 2008 is probably better than any of the other candidates running. read more

Haven't tried the burrito yet as I got it to go. But get this, I order 25$ of food to go and pay for it. Before the order is ready I request a condiment cup to carry a sauce home to try on the burrito. It's free if I ate in the store but they charge fifty cents if you're taking out. What?! The burrito is the same price eating in or out. McDonalds doesn't charge for ketchup to go. Just sayin! Customer service people. read more

I agree with this place being "hip" but the burrito was boring, lacked any sort of freshness (the chicken didn't seem to be cooked that day) and wasn't what I like in a 1+ lb burrito. The salsa was nice but very standard and the guy went over with all his friends to make the burrito. Boxes everywhere with produce spilling out of them if so much stuff wasn't piled on the counter top I could of seen the work surface he was making our food on. It was only two steps up from Taco Bell, four steps below Neato Burrito. read more

Hipster hangout #1 in York. It's a great local joint with a young crowd. Rob dishes out some great food and is definitely realizing his vision. http://www.roburritos.com/menu.html Now with two locations, the original in York and one in Dallastown. Sweet. read more

I love me a big, fat burrito with all the fixins, so I love me some Rob's. I usually visit the one in Central Market, but there are locations in West York and Dallastown now too. I haven't been disappointed yet. read more

I really like Roburritos. I agree with others who say that their rice is very bland. They need to use of seasoning on it. However, their potatoes are delicious! As a vegetarian, a lot of burritos are tasteless for me, but Rob's potatoes make it! My only other suggestion would be to have salsa other than pico de galo. Its bland. Have other choices with varying degrees of spiciness. Service is OK. Once I called in an order and was informed it was an hour wait. Usually they are pretty fast though. read more

Worth the slight detour if you are heading north on 83. Or south, I guess. Anywho. I got the vegetarian burritodia which is a flattened and grilled burrito. I loved the potatoes in there! Also there were black beans and rice and cheese. I am a big fan of starchey burritos so the combo of the rice, potatoes, and burrito shell was a hit! Vegans would probably prefer a burrito. They looked really good too. The hot sauces were awesome. My favorite was the tangy and pineappley Pearl Harbor sauce. Also the ambiance was cozy and nice. read more

Roburrito's was completely different from what i was expecting it to be. It is small restaurant that you can take out, or eat in (even though there are like 3 tables in the eating area). The burritos are over a pound. I would compare them to Chipotle, but Chipotle always has a place in my heart. I would highly recommend this restaurant for any burrito lovers out there. they also have a bunch of different hot sauces that they make themselves. They are delicious and I recommend all of them! read more
