My fiancé went in there, one guy working. Line out the door. Gets to the front of the line to order, they have no veggies, no chicken. Have to wait for brown rice to be made just to get one of the only things to be ordered. What is the point of waiting in line for 25 minutes just to find out you have no food? Employees were unable to comprehend our simple verbal order. When the employee put a giant, white, glistening piece of fat on the burrito amidst the carnitas and then stared at us like we were the problem for asking them to remove it, another employee came over. I've eaten here many times and many years. Over the years it's went down with flavor, quality and quantity. The flavor in the steak and chicken is none. It has gotten more spicy in the fajita peppers, even the black beans is spicy. I ordered here today for pick up and got the bowl ; the steak is hard , tough, dry and no flavor & quite spicy . I'll give them an extra star because the physical location isn't a dump. But for years, I've really tried to give them a chance. Ive had too many awful burritos/bowls that either had something missing because they ran out or had something that was so poorly prepared that I couldn't finish it. Let me tell you I've been a long time fan of chipotle and this one hits! I went here on two occasions and had delightful experiences. Their burritos can be hit or miss sometimes.
