I stopped by the drive-thru last night for dinner and it was a cluster fuck. It didn't seem busy at all but it took me about 15 minutes to get my food. They directed the car in front of me to go to a parking spot and the driver never did. Instead of the window girl yelling to her and asking me to back up a little (asshole driver behind me honked at me even though I wasn't even close to their POS car) she should have gone outside and directed the driver in front of me to go to the assigned parking spot to get her food. This place is always slow. The drive-thru is backed up, the bathrooms are disgusting and it is completely broken-down on the inside. So frustrating because fast food is SUPPOSED TO BE FAST. Just ran in to get a large fry and the turnaround was 15 minutes when fries were already dropped. Not to mention this girl who works there but wasn't in uniform kept going back and forth in the kitchen without her hair tied back. She took 3 cups and the cashier, who wasn't even done with the transaction told her she didn't have to pay for them. Wtf??? Is this normal to happen at a restaurant? TLTD; The moral... Don't hire sh*theads to be your ambassadors! I will never spend another dime at any McD. Another example for McD Corporate to consider if they truly want to work on the public's perception of McD. I go in with children to order happy meals. I have them sit down at a booth and wait for me while I order. I walk up to the counter, no other patrons waiting in line to order nor pickup. I am looking dead straight at the employee hanging his arm over the register as he proceeds to have a conversation with his buddy. He looks at me occasionally but continues to laugh it up. This new location is beautiful. It doesn't look like a Mcdonald's on the inside it's so nice and clean. The floors were shiny and all the tables were clean. The service was amazing. The staff was personable and making jokes with us. 10/10 will come back. read more

Then the chicken sandwiches clearly weren't cooked all the way through, and the quarter-pounder...I thought all the McDonalds switched to the newer, fresher kind in the wrapper months ago. One of the worst McDonald's. It is slow and the quality is terrible, even for fast food. If you ask for extra condiments, you won't get any extra. Your fries will usually be cold. If your craving McDonald's, this places food will not satisfy your craving. This place is a joke. I get its fast food, but everyday it is something. The shake machine is almost always down, I'll specifically request a sauce when they ask what I like... doesn't matter they put nothing or something different in the bag. Rudest staff here. Went for breakfast inside, no English muffins for any sandwiches. Ok, I get the supply issue. Order some McGriddle sandwiches, and wait wait wait. My number comes up, she yells it out, and I go get it. Usually they deliver it to the table, but ok, staff shortage. No drink cup, and she's already gone back to the drive thru line. Can't get her attention, so I reach to get a cup behind the counter, and she freaks out. Obviously she knew I was there if she saw me reach for a cup. I tell her, order wasn't obviously ready, otherwise I wouldn't have to try to get a cup. Nasty look, gets me a cup and walks off. So much for trying to help out. Never coming back to this McDonald's. I get staff shortages, supply issues, but if you're just going to be a jerk because you made a mistake, customer tries to fix it, that's on YOU, and YOUR attitude, which YOU CAN control. This is the most disgusting McDonald's I have ever been in any state in any country. They couldn't even make Big Macs because they ran out of supplies for big Macs. Who runs out of supplies for Big Macs? The floors were filthy, the bathroom disgusting and there was old trash overflowing in the trash barrels. I might understand this if they were super busy or they were short staffed. They were neither of those with only 3 people total inside at 8:00 PM and about 6 people working there. Ok so I know it's fast food but, the quality of the food was poor. We had a craving for a quarter pounder and cheese so we picked a couple up. The burger itself did not taste like the normal McDonald's quarter pounder. The onions were not minced and it was poorly assembled. The fries tasted like they were day old fries. The building is brand new but you shouldn't judge a book by its cover. The McDonald's corporation needs to pay a visit and bring the quality back up to par. I had really high hopes for this McDonalds now that its been completely torn down and started over. The first couple of months were great. Now they have apparently hired the most incompetent staff to replace the ones they opened with. Went through the drive through last night, I only get takeout for my family when I'm feeling too cr@py to cook which is rare. Girl at the window gives my order to the car in front of me. After they told her it wasn't their food. They take off with their own food and mine. She tries to hand me a happy meal and I tell her its not mine. Asks me to confirm my order and she goes Oh No and slams the window. Asks me to pull up to the next window. 15 minutes goes by. They hand me a bag. Its wrong. I send it back and they take another 10 minutes to bring me my correct order. No apology, no acknowledgement that they messed it up. This reflects on the manager of the store more than the kids working the window. Cr@p job! read more

Each greasy death disc of meat paste sat hanging off the side of the amalgamation by the skin of it's expired lettuce, only just clinging to the burger like my ex wife clings to her alimony payments. As I dissected this golem I found not a pickle of fresh produce. The patties were dry and salty and the whole thing was harder then my Weiner at a Viagra convention. my husband went there tonight at 18:46 pm and server was ks# 13 date feb 12, 2013 he went through the drive through and he placed this order 5 mcdoubles, 6 apple pies, 2 large fries, and 2 large milk shakes, and when he got home we open the bag we only got 2 med. milk shakes, 1 large fry, 6 mcdoubles, and no apple pies...and he said the person never repeated the order back to him ,so i called the number on hte receipt which is 508-754-8812 and had to leave a message...what a shame they can be talkng to there boyfriends and such but can't answer a business phone line....i'm vey disappointed in this .....first of all the price and then to be cheated on your order there is no reason for it......you people need to check your oder and read it back to the customer to make damn sure you got it right.....frustrated with there actions .....this is poor business maybe they need to educate there employees better.....where was the manager at when we called them.....bet we don't hear back but thats ok too.....i'll spread the word.... read more
