Check your bags to ensure there are no used Bandaids in them. The manager at this location does not care about servicing his customers. U was not asking for anything but a refund abs an apology. Great Pit Stop if you're driving through. Us, alongside many like minded travelers made a bathroom stop and grabbed some quick breakfast before continuing on our way. It was busier than I expected here for a Monday, but given that it's summer I suppose many people are traveling and had the same idea as us. One highlight of this location is their MASSIVE indoor play area to let kids get wiggles out before hopping back in the car. They had a ton of seating both in and outside of the play area, and surprisingly clean bathrooms. Overall a pleasant experience! read more

This is about the third time I've driven through and stopped here for my kids because they love McDonalds. But, like every time I've stopped and several others times I've just driven away because it's taking 30+ minutes whether you walk inside, order on app or attempt the drive through. Stopped at this McDonald's and it's the worst I've been to. Workers were so slow and some were just standing doing nothing. A lady with a colorful lipstick didn't have the right shoes or uniform. She was even touching her hair and still grabbing food, no gloves were used at all. They all seemed lost at what they were doing. If I could I'd give this place a 0 star. This place is as bad as the reviews say. We stop at play places while traveling with our two young kids often, but this McDonald's was SO dirty, the AC was "broken" in the play area and no one working really seemed to care. It's a fast food restaurant so a low rating is what it is but we will intentionally avoid this place in future roadtrips. read more

Disgusted! We were traveling through town around 9pm on 6/3/2024. McDonald is usually a good quick - consistently reliable - decent meal. However, this particular location is FILTHY! Upon walking inside, a sloppily dressed -hooded employee mumbled something I had to have him repeat... "Door dash"?? Ah, no I'm not a door dash! Super awkward! What a weird way to greet customers!! I took a Quick Look around, no other customers in the store, the place was filthy- old grease prints and smudges everywhere. Employees looked disheveled. I promptly exited and told my husband no way are we eating out of that filthy place. Pretty sad that basic McDonald's standards are so sorely lacking at this location. So gross, the lady who took our money literally picked her nose while answering a question then wiped the booger on the window seal (1st window where you pay). Mind you this was as she was telling us why the Del Taco closed because it was bad quality food and poor service. My dude was so disgusted that he told her to please wash her hands and sanitize them and use the other hand to give us our money. She asked why and we had to tell her rather flabbergasted "Because we just watched you picked a booger out of your nose and wipe it!!".....seriously I almost puked. And laughed. and puked again and....at the same time. I mean really? Management: you need retrain your OSHA requirements, and remind them of the pandemic we are in. We were so aghast we didn't get her name because we wanted the f outta dodge. She was blonde, bob cut, mid 20's or early thirties. Not unattractive but definitely after that- ewwww. We had a mobile order and sat outside over an hour waiting for our order after going in multiple times. No staff would come up to the counter to even help us cancel our order. Will not be back! Traveling from Reno to Boise and then back again. This place is the worse Mc Donalds I ever went to. They are cutting corners to make more money. The manager should be fired. It is her fault they are cheating the customers. Don't go here and I will tell you why: 1. Our coffee was watered down. We ate there and should have returned it. Instead we ordered two more cups of coffee to go. Guess what, I have never had this happen before and we could not complain because we took them on the road. THEY GAVE US HOT WATER WITH CREAM IN IT AND CHARGED US FOR COFFEE. Yes, worst experience ever. 2. Hamburgers had hard buns and they skipped the pickles to save money. They also skipped the ketchup. On one burger they skipped the cheese even when we payed for it. 3. Fries were dry, so dry my granddaughter could not even eat them and said "yuck". Okay since we were down the road, there was little we could do. So on our return trip we stopped again. We told the employee at the counter about the coffee and just got an "okay". We ordered soda instead and we think that should have been free due to all the bad food. We asked to speak with the manager and she was no where to be found. That's fine we are going to call corporate. This restaurant is stealing from the consumer because we are paying for items we are not getting. DON'T STOP HERE, KEEP MOVING DOWN THE ROAD. Great location, the food not so good. We paid $3.69 for a cup of ice masquerading as an caramel macchiato. Fish sandwich was hot but buns hadn't been toasted and I'm not going to discuss the McDouble. We expected better food especially after waiting for our order to be taken for at least 7 or 8 minutes and then having to pull over to the side and wait for food. I ate lunch with a friend today at this location. it was clean. I ordered from the kiosk for an eat-in meal (which means they bring the food to you at your table with the designated number). I waited for alittle while and checked on my order, not ready. I went back and waited some more, presuming they would bring it to me, bit alas I was wrong. I went back up to the counter (by this time a large group of kids had come in to eat). I checked on my order and the manager or assistant manager was very rude and said 'I called your number twice!' I was surprised because they are supposed to bring it to the table per the triangle table number. I was not happy. she went and got some food- the fries were okay, not great and the sandwich was very old but by then I was very very hungry so I ate it.
