The food was great. We thought we were going for burgers, but instead had a teriyaki salmon bowl, which was amazing. My wife ordered the same thing actually. The restaurant and bar were pretty lively and our server, Mark, had everything under control. He had quite a few tables and everybody received great service. read more

Not our type of food but what we had was good. Very different items on the menu. Enjoyed the complimentary popcorn. Had the 7 oz. cheeseburger with bacon and all the fixings. Enjoyed a large mug of Modelo. Wife had house cab. We upgraded the fries for onion rings and they were excellent. Service great as it was servers 3rd day. read more

Not sure what happened but it was great on my first try. This time the wait took longer and the food took longer. My server was Austin. Very apologetic for the waiting but it wasn't his fault and the place wasn't crowded. Maybe it was because I didn't sit at the bar? I don't know but it definitely wasn't the same experience as last time. Maybe the staff had an off day? Idk. read more

This place SUCKS. I don't like leaving harsh reviews but I have barely anything nice to say. The food options are bare, the food doesn't taste homemade and comes out cold half the time. Every time me and my family have come here we have to wait hours just for our food to be done and it's never good. I will say the sticky fingers are good but the place, food, and ambiance aren't worth it, make it at home, you will have a better time and meal. read more

The waitress was polite and professional. There was only one other person eating in the restaurant. The place was clean. We ordered simple chicken Asian salads, thought that was an easy ask since it was probably slow. The salads were missing several ingredients: carrots, green onions, cilantro, rice noodles. The chicken was thin and dry. With 2 iced teas and a tip it was $50. Oh well, can't twin them all. read more

I don't make it winnemucca very often. Ok every 3 months for a bowling tournament. There are very few places I truly enjoy eating at but wingers is one of them. Not a fine dining establishment but food is good and service even better. When in Mucca you have to try it. read more

Was stopping in Winnemucca for the night on a long road trip and my husband was craving a good burger. Not a lot of options for late night eats... but WINGERS was open and the food was fantastic. Service was pretty decent. Only gripe is they are a Pepsi restaurant... and Coke is way better than Pepsi. read more

WINGERS Restaurant - Chicken Wings Near Me - Winnemucca, Nevada

Passing through the area and it was near the hotel we were at so it was really convenient to walk there. Staff was all really friendly. We just wanted a quick bite to eat, so ordered wings (battered bone-in) with buffalo sauce. With a side salad and side of garlic parm fries. Average bar type food. Decent, no food complaints, just nothing to rave about. Server was attentive. The dining area itself has some real cosmetic problems that should be dealt with. Our booth had huge rip in the seat. Not something you'd want to sit on or slide yourself across. Menus were sticky and need wiped down. Place was fairly busy for a Wednesday evening, but it was dinner time. Would have appreciated if they spaced other guests out instead of so close together, especially since so many other tables were open. Not sure what the other food options were I that town, but seemed limited and this may have been our best option. The complementary popcorn was nice. read more

Wingers, a spot with reliably good food and service is ruining their Winnemucca venue for me. The last two times I've been in, the music playing on both sides was so loud that I literally couldn't hear across the table or when the server spoke to me. I understand loud music on bar side, but we were on the family side. Each visit, I politely asked if music could be turned down just a little. Same answer both times. Manager on casino/bar side is in charge of that and currently not in. Unacceptable response. Well folks, you've lost a regular customer. And, I know I'm not the only one. I have heard several friends say they like the food but won't be back because the blaring rock music gives them a headache and they can't even have a conversation. I have to concur. Have some consideration for all of your guests and turn the volume down or I won't be back. read more

1 star is way too many. Went on a Friday early evening and the place was DEAD. But there were 4 people working there. Did I say working? Yeah, right. It took over 5 minutes to be seated and another 15 to get the menu. Everyone was way too busy talking to each other. I ordered a salad and waited another 20 minutes for that. Almost 45 minutes to get a SALAD. I ate, pushed my plate away, and then waited 10 minutes to get the check. Did I get one? Never. I put money on the table and left. I only hope that my cash estimate only covered the food and left little or none for a tip. read more

Great food and service! Greeted with a Welcome to Wingers" as soon as we walked in the door. They have a great menu selection and was a hard decision on what to order but we finally decided on a Mac and cheese dish (many to choose from or you can build your own), bone in wings with a selection of sauces, and a side of fries. So good! Generous size portions too. We'll be back to try some other of their yummy sounding dishes, or during their happy hour from 3-6 Monday thru Friday where they have food specials. Too bad they don't have drink specials during happy hour though! But no matter, we'll be back. read more

This place hit the spot! Took our family of 5 here for dinner and they did not disappoint. The food was delicious and the service was helpful and timely. This will be our new lunch spot when driving through. Wish I could give 4.5 stars. read more

We have an overnight stay at the New Frontier RV park and walked over to Wingers for dinner. Honestly, we weren't expecting much but were pleasantly surprised with great service (thank you Brenda F) , a great beer selection (they were icy cold) and really good food! We both got the garlic burgers and my husband got the naked wings with Thai chili sauce. I have a seafood/shellfish allergy and normally can't order fries because they are fried in the same oil as "fish and chips" but Brenda and the team were able to accommodate me and it was such a delight! I really appreciate the extra effort Brenda made for me. We had an enjoyable and yummy experience. We loved the relaxed feel and tvs all around so we could catch up with college football after a long day on the road. We would definitely stop in again when we are near the area. Thank you!! And p.s. loved the popcorn at the table! read more

Food was cold and unappetizing. Service was bad and they had more servers than patrons

After chasing around the desert shooting photos and video of the world's biggest and most powerful steam locomotive, Union Pacific's Big Boy #4014, we were looking for a nice dinner, and there next to the hotel, was Winger's. If there's one thing I can tell you, it's this. Don't order anything with garlic in the name unless you mean it. And don't complain if your burger or fries is garlicky. When Tati, (our wonderful server), set the plates on the table, we could immediately smell the garlic. And it's not like they just put a bunch of garlic on ordinary food, the food is built around it, and it all fits well together. The chef is good at this. My wife had the garlic burger, with garlic fries. I took a bite, and it was filled with flavor. A good burger all the way around, on a nice soft brioche bun. Fries with chunky garlic all over, and a really tasty garlic dipping sauce. She usually only eats one or two fries, as she's not a fan, but I think she ate the most fries I've ever seen her eat. I got the barbacoa burger, with garlic fries of course. The barbacoa was super tender, with just a hint of sweetness, and a great sauce, with onion rings inside. Delicious! And, of course, loved those fries. Iced tea was clear and clean tasting. We both appreciate a good glass of iced tea. The place was very clean, all the staff was friendly and did a great job. Easy to get to off the I-80, and a beautiful view overlooking the valley. Next time we're in Winnemucca, we know exactly where we'll be having lunch or dinner. read more

Sports bar and Casino Convenient and fast walk from our hotel where we stayed the night. We typically try to avoid casinos and "chain" restaurants but it was just a quick walk to eat here. Took about 10 minutes to get 3 of us seated when we entered from the casino side. No one greeted us even though there was a sign saying "Please wait to be seated" Service was okay, took another 10 minutes to order. The tortilla soup was awesome, the bacon nacho French fries we had as an appetizer was great. They had a limited but pretty well-rounded menu. Variety Mix of music while watching TVs that surrounded the bar area was not over the top and could still enjoy the sports. read more

amazingly terrible Asian rice bowl. Overcooked frozen vegetables - broccoli was mush - and two sad little sticky fingers. completely overpriced. service was ok- if I had been asked I would have sent it back. loud music on the eating side. definitely will not be back. so sad compared to the service and food at the Wingers in Ontario Oregon. for a restaurant attached to a hotel you would think they would have higher standards. huge miss read more

245 pm arrival appy hour , nobody but 3 people in the restaurant and bar, dirty tables and ranch dressing on the floor overheard the couple at the bar said been there an hour. Table of trash next to us attracting flies. House pale ale is not an ale but very hoppy. They don't even know their beers. We came in to see if the restaurant had improved with the new owners but instead it's actually declined. Lazy bartender walked around the mess on the floor and then pointed out the mess to the relief bartender that came in at 4:00. read more

The service was good. Wait time for are food was alittle long. Food tasted good. Prices are alittle high for just fancy chicken fingers.

Great food. Not too busy when we were there. Staff was amazing and very attentive. Very clean and well taken care of.

Decent but definitely not the greatest food. I had their sticky fingers with honey bbq and they were good but they would be better without all the breading on them read more

LOVE Only restaurant near my hotel. LIKE Food was pretty good. MEH Came in about 8:15 on a Thursday night and was greeted by two young women saying "it's going to be a wait" and "we're out of almost everything." After checking, they finally decided they could manage wings and a side salad to go. I was initially told it would be 5-10 minutes, but after I paid, the other woman said it would be 15-20 minutes. They didn't seem that busy, so I don't know what the delay was. Others who came in after me were told that they were out of mashed potatoes and french fries, but otherwise received a friendly welcome and were promptly seated. I kind of have to wonder if my chilly reception was because I was wearing a face mask. Whatever. I've managed to avoid COVID so far and I don't plan to risk it for some chicken wings. ICK Nothing. read more

The food was good . Very pricey for what you get. The service was horrible. We were told Mark would be our sever ! Well that didn't happen . He helped every table that came after us . A lady helped us till the end . She was nice but very busy . After we got our check we sat for about 15 minutes. I finally got mark's attention and asked how we pay . He took the table that sat down about 10 minutes after us their check first . He thanked brought our check, which we already had . He finally took our payment after helping other tables before us . The food is worth a trip back but the service is not . read more

Walked in, bar was not that busy, patrons had left (we could see dirty plates and glasses that had not been cleared). Walked around the bar to find where to sit and decided to sit where there were still dishes left from prior guests. Bartender finally comes we try to order our drinks and most of their beer on tap was unavailable, ordered a glass of wine and after a while of waiting she says they are out of it. Selected another one and a cocktail... it took her 20 minutes to come back and take our order, there was no one tending the bar. She had to wait on tables also, she was trying her best but a little forgetful... during this time other patrons walk in and somehow are being tended to.... I wave down another bartender/waitress and she says the other girl was the one that could take our order... finally she comes over we order and after however long we finally get our meal and are able to order another drink. I think their work model should be revised, bartender should only tend the bar. We couldn't wait to get out of there. We had wings and tacos and they were average and a little cold. Our bartender/waitress was nice, she just had to deal with a lot of tables at the same time as the bar. read more

We were passing through Winnemucca and spending one night at the onsite RV park in our camper. We arrived in the early evening and were tired and hungry. We were seated promptly and Harlie was our server! She provides outstanding, exceptional service! She was fast and had a very thorough knowledge of all their offerings! We highly appreciated her recommendations! I ordered the 20 piece traditional wings with their slightly spicy house sauce, they came hot and fresh! Their buffalo style cauliflower was delicious too! My wife enjoyed her burger too! The local blonde beer was delicious! Very reasonable prices too! I highly recommend eating at Wingers when stopping in Winnemucca! Food was average, we had a salad and wings. The service was very good, and the location is walking distance to the RV park where we stayed which made it easy. The only real negative was that the bar area was playing music very loudly and the restaurant area was also playing music loudly, but a different playlist. Since they are only separated by a partial wall you hear both. They really need to pick just one, it was truly annoying. read more

What a find!! Every bite was delicious!! Our hot apple pie drink was perfect for a cold day on the porch. I highly recommend you stop in and get it!! The food was so good! To begin this is a restaurant where people who are driving/ traveling across Nevada stop at but genuinely we would have made better time just getting food from the gas station. The restaurant was pretty dead maybe 3 tables there when we arrived. We got sat as we walked in. Here's the real kicker. We waited 40 minutes just to order. We didn't have water while we waited. We had to wave down the sever just for her to say I'll get him and then she didn't. There was no one no one in there. I have no clue what was going on. When Mark finally arrived to our table he tried blaming the host for not telling him. We order and when he brought our food he "says I gave y'all a family discount" that took off 5$ off our overpriced 60$ meal for 4 people. Mind you we didn't ordered drinks or starters. I'll never come back here ever again. We still tipped him well even though most people wouldn't have. Specifically after we waited so long. I wanted to talk to the manager but there was no one in charge there. The girl with the ponytail most definitely didn't tell Mark on purpose not sure if they don't like each other or what. Honestly this should be looked into 100% something sketchy going on between the coworkers. Sadly I cannot leave 0 stars. read more

The service was great. The food was just okay. The water was awful. Restaurant was clean.

Great food, kind employees and were really sweet to my friend on her birthday. The food takes a while to come out but that's ok, the food's taste makes up for it all. The vibe is typical of a bar/restaurant mix. I tried the sticky fingers and those were amazing. I have a video of the day I ate there but I won't be posting it because I don't have the permission of the other person. read more

We arrived early afternoon. The gal checking us in was kind and helpful. We were hungry so we walked over to Wingers. There was one gal bartending and table side. I gave her a bonus for that. We thought it best to order drinks and food all at one time. So the drinks showed up and we waited a long time for our food. We were seated by three very chatty teens. This was very irritating because we could not hear our own voices. So the tacos finally came. Believe or not the cheese on top was velveeta. Now I am not a snob to this cheese but please not on a taco. I really was rather disappointed. read more
