So happy with the staff. The eating area well tended and cleaned. Food is food there. The staff were having a great time. Looked as the other patrons were enjoying their food and held small talk with the employee wiping down tables and seats of chairs. read more

Pretty hard sell for "rounding up" and not enough listening to the order and making sure that it was correct. Very disappointed for our order not being correct and learning this after we left the area. Now I know why this location does not have a good rep. read more

Taco Bell - Next window please - Fast Food Near Me - Winnemucca, Nevada

It's Taco Bell, so 'Mexican' with a heavy American remix. Food was good and actually tasted fresh, no complaints there. But $41 for two people? That's getting a little bold for what's still fast food." Fast food used to be the cheap mistake you made at midnight. Now it's a financial decision read more

robert was great, highlight of our trip. W guy. food came out quick. truly the best you can get out of a taco bell.

Worst Taco Bell I have ever been to in my life, significantly worse than any other place, wasted 16 dollars to get a pile of slop, do yourself the favor of going to a Taco Bell in the next town. read more

Employees were very unhelpful with using mandatory kiosk to order food. I'll never go back to this location.

I got a crunchwrap and the guy at the counter gave me 5 free ones in exchange for my phone number. I think he thought i was gay,. I think I may give him a chance tho wish me luck read more

The employees were extremely nice. The food is Taco Bell, it's great for Taco Bell! Love the grilled cheese burrito with chicken. Overall seemed cleaned. read more

As Taco Bells go this one is clean and friendly. It is decorated for Halloween right now, which is really cute. I like to order from the kiosks because then you could see the full vegetarian menu. read more

Taco Bell - Main entrance - Fast Food Near Me - Winnemucca, Nevada

The management team really need to look at this TacoBell. We just stop by this Taco Bell. Two of my Bean burrito had no cheese as I paid extra $1.20 for sour cream and no sour cream. It's also had super hard beans in there. Also ordered chicken burrito and chicken tasted like cardboard. Chicken quesadilla tasted very disgusting, cheese was not melted and chicken tasted like cardboard. My nacho fries where cold and soggy. A lot food had to be thrown away. Don't go here, unless if you want to waste your money and go hungry. Ripping customers off. Out of my $40 order the Chalupa was the only thing that was right. read more

Taco Bell across the board seems to have great service. I'm in Winnemucca around three times a month and I often stop here. It's always very clean and has exceptional and fast service. This particular visit I was helped by a young man who I believe is named Joseph S, that's the name on my receipt. He is beyond sweet and a hard worker. I'd come back here just because of him. 10/10 to Joseph read more

Not sure why this place has such bad reviews. Food and service were great. Service was quick and staff were nice.

Not a bad restaurant, used to work there and everyone was kind. The food quality isn't actually as bad as other reviews make it seem. Almost all the managers there closely monitor food quality and such. They play music out in the lobby (which isn't uncommon in fast food restaurants or restaurants period). I enjoyed working there minus a few experiences and in a general sense you won't really have to worry about bad food or bad service. During rush hours they will get your food out in a relative good amount of time, drive thru or lobby. I recommend it, specifically because people the people are nice and the food is a higher tier in comparison to other fast food restaurants. read more

When my husband and sons came up to the register the workers in the back looked at my family and said something amongst each other. One of the workers turned around and said "I'm not going to say that". They continued to look and talk amongst themselves. If I had known I would've walked out, that was disrespectful to me when we haven't even done anything. The one taking our order was courteous and respectful and brought our food to our table and we appreciated that. The restaurant was dirty with cinnamon twist crumbs all over the floor and food on the tables. It was also uncomfortably hot inside to dine. The women's restroom needs some restocking and a bit of cleaning. read more

The staff here was attentive they got my order right and everyone was wearing a mask inside the bathrooms were clean and there was Purelk hand sanitizer in the lobby for anyone that wanted it I felt very comfortable and glad to have come by. read more

Stopped off to get Taco Bell on our drive. Not expecting anything crazy I mean it's Taco Bell lol, but this was pretty bad. We ordered 4 items and it took 20 minutes! When we did get our food it felt like they had just thrown it together. The tacos I ordered had more tortilla then filling and the bowl I ordered had barely anything in it. Feels dumb to wait 20 minutes for fast food and feel like someone just threw a few cold ingredients on a tortilla. I get it's fast food but damn. Edit: 15 minutes later and I already feel sick. Just skip here and stop somewhere else. read more

Taco Bell - Taco - Fast Food Near Me - Winnemucca, Nevada

Absolutely amazing service I went and this lovely lady who was new to Taco Bell she was so polite I hope she has a great time.

It was late at night and most other places were closed. I haven't eaten in a Taco Bell in years since I prefer local places to chains, but I was happy to find something over nothing, so... the first thing I noticed is how the whole place was decorated for the holidays -- more decorations than I have ever seen in a business, especially a fast food place. They even had a Christmas tree in the middle of the restaurant. The place looked great. It was obviously decorated with great care and effort. It was very pretty, and it told me that whomever managed or owned this location cared about and took pride in this business. The restaurant was clean, service was friendly, and the food was fast. read more

best taco bell i've ever been to. the customer service was great, and considering it's fast food, the food was too! the man who was at the window was very kind, and tried to get us to laugh. he said "food tastes better when you're smiling!" once we were laughing. would go there again fs edit: we went back again and the customer service was still good. however, the cheese in our quesadillas was not cooked much. not much of a problem tho cause everything else was good (and cooked) read more

Nelson helped us through the drive through of Taco Bell. He saw that we were traveling back home and struck up a small conversation. He was such a pleasure to talk to. Our order was correct, fresh and hot. If we are ever traveling through Winnemucca, Nevada we will defiantly pass by again. We received wonderful customer service from Nelson. Next to Walmart. read more

Taco Bell - That's how easy it is to get back on the road. Not far from the freeway at all. - Fast Food Near Me - Winnemucca, Nevada

We decided to stop here for a quick bite to eat. The service was phenomenal, the food was fresh (to the point where I almost burned my mouth on my quesadilla) which is nothing like in New Jersey where it's always cold! The food was correct with our changes, and it was so quick! Good job guys! read more

DO NOT STOP HERE Unless you want to wait 30-45 minutes for a cheap bean burrito or taco. Understand they are short staffed but the way they handled the wait, including the manager who wouldn't even talk to me, was unforgivable. It is only fair to warn people of the huge delay with a time estimate and not hold people hostage after taking their money and trapping them in the drive through line. Oh, and apparently this happened last weekend according to other patrons. read more

This was the worst experience I've ever had at a taco bell. The toilets were out of toilet paper and there werent paper towels, just a dirty hand dryer. The food was stale and most of my family couldn't finish it. When ordering our food no one was at the front counter and opon looking back all the workers were reluctant to make eye contact. No one was taking the job seriously and we were 3 hours from home so this was the only food we had and soon after we all lost our appetites. I won't be coming here again. read more

a group of friends and i went to taco bell for a late night snack and when we got our food, the cheese was not melted so we went back around the drive thru and kindly asked if we could get it remade. the manger wanted to tell us that we were rude and all we want is free food, that is not the case. we just want our food made correctly. read more

20 minutes ago, we went through drive through, ordered 7 items. As they hand the bags to my wife (driver) I yipe 'wait'. One of the bags they handed us was dripping beans, cheese, and grease off the bottom of the bag. My wife couldn't see it from her angle. It hadn't leaked through, they had set it in food. I'm glad we didn't set it down in our car. Instead of changing out the bag the cashier simply handed us a few napkins to 'put under it'. Then we pulled away from then drive through and discovered 2 minutes later she left off 3 of the 7 items. Back through drive through. At speaker, we told her which 3 items were missing and they confirmed by repeating it back. They said 'pull through to second window'. People two cars in front of us seemed to have a serious problem with their order so it took forever. We finally got to the front and they asked what we needed again, and they hadn't started making any of it. Manager comes up behind cashier, asks her what happens, and simply walks away. Minutes later she hands us another bag after they make the missing items and my wife starts to pull away. I ask her to stop... I wanted to check the bag before we leave. I'm glad we didn't pull out. An item was still missing from the bag. By the way, there wasn't even an apology from the cashier or manager (not even eye contact) when we pulled back through, nor when they still didn't complete the order. Hiring must be really tough in the middle of nowhere. Never again. Avoid. read more

For starters, this place is dirty. It was completely empty when we walked in and most of the tables needed to be wiped down. Customer service is complete shit. I have traveled the globe and eaten at countless Taco Bell bistros, and this is undoubtedly the worst one. Line cook is a passive aggressive. The beans were oversalted. The no cheese burrito had no cheese. The fresco burrito had no fresco. All of the power burrito toppings were piled in one end. The churros were dumped out of the bag all over the burritos. The parking lot is covered with trash and burrito skins. Because I threw them there. I came here after a long road trip, with 10 more hours driving to go, and I left unsatisfied and angry. I hate you and I am calling the police on you and calling corporate. read more
