Was in town visiting my hubby, surfed Yelp to see what had a drive thru. Thought I would try a local business instead of a Chain restaurant. I will come back again, but I will try something else, Rolled Tacos just weren't that great. Hope-full for a future visit and can add a few more stars. read more

Menu prices inaccurate, was overcharged. Food was good though. My friend and I were each charged $3-$6 over the posted menu price. Upon completing card payment, my friend noticed he was charged $6 too much for his burrito. He pointed it out, the cashier seemed to be confused but misleadingly showed him a restaurant invoice which showed the accurate menu price, however the real receipt from the credit card machine showed a higher price was actually charged. Cashier pretended to make a phone call then offered to give a cash refund of the difference. I ordered shortly after this. The fries I got were menu listed at $11.50. When competing the credit card machine payment, I was actually charged $14.94. Coincidence or shady practices? You decide. read more

For the quickness and price, this place is pretty good. It's a decent burrito at a great price. For under $10 you can have a very filling meal!! The service was quick and to the point. I used their drive thru, and only waited a few minutes for 4 meals. Everything is hot and fresh. For a quick bang for your buck, I recommend. We do only order the burritos and horchata, we haven't had much else. My husband loves their horchata. read more

This was an awesome find on our road trip! We were looking for a spot that would be quick and had a drive-thru since we had our dog with us and Rolberto's was perfect! We tried their Cowboy burrito which was delicious and HUGE! I loved the bacon and jalapeños in it. The view from the parking lot was a great spot to see the sunset as we enjoyed our burritos too. Would definitely come back the next time we pass through town! read more

I love this place. Definitely a 'hole in the wall' with excellent prices and food. Fast food that tastes homemade and is warm and so good. Avoid the chains and come here when you are on your way through Winnemucca. The only downside is how much styrofoam and plastic they use. Sad face. read more

Delicious. They are accommodating, friendly and located next to the highway which made the decision of eating there an automatic.

Food is fine, not great. The thing is....the young lady working the drive through...she needs some training. Dare I say....she wears only the minimum amount of flair. That's 15 pieces. (If you know you know). For real, she doesn't want to be there. I get it, I left quickly myself...but I was pleased in the end that I didn't forget my rolled tacos, which was my priority mission, so there is that. I'm sure I'll be back and will once again be treated like I'm asking her to borrow money. I do dumb things for tacos. read more

The Mexican Mecca. Another location, this one in Winnemucca overlooking the McDonald's and the Cemetary. Avoid all the other fast food places in town. They suck. This is the king of the hill. Oh Lord! I love this place for quick, satisfying meal! We were hoping to sit at a nice Basque restaurant for Sunday dinner.Unfortunately, they close early at 8 pm or not open on Sunday's. Such a happy find! Lengua Tacos- warm soft tortillas filled with bits of tongue mixed with onions and cilantro. Three stars because a bit dry Carnitas tacos- - braised, tender pork served with onions, cilantro snd a hint of cumin 4 stars Carne asada taco- tender chunks of beef mixed with onions, cilantro and topped with a dab of guacamole. Their food was plain and not very flavored. Service was mediocre, not welcoming. Portions were okay for the price.

Passing thru found this mexican restaurant that was open 24 hours. They had lengua and cabeza, so I know I stopped at the right place! I had the chile relleno. Chile relleno is my go to if a restaurant has it. Their chile relleno is worth the trip for, it was not a real hot chile they used, I've had some that lit me up. It was breaded, but not too heavy, rice and beans, a little guac and crema and lots of tortillas. The cheese in the chile was pretty good. I had to, of course order a cabeza taco also. The taco was a larger size, not the street taco size that's a two bite affair. The regular toppings of onions and cilantro, though a little light on the cilantro. It also was a little light on the cabeza. All and all, definitely will stop here again to try some of the other offerings read more

In a place with many fast food options, we weren't craving the usuals. Decided we'd stop by this place to get some rolled tacos. $5 for 5 shredded beef rolled tacos with some BOMB guacamole sauce. Notice I said sauce. They mix the guacamole with something divine. Peppers I think? Who cares. It's delicious. It's the type of guacamole sauce you get from the legit taco trucks in Cali. 5 stars for the price, customer service, and taste. Keep driving past McDonalds and head to this place. read more

Fast food authentic Mexican food here- nothing too fancy but it hits the spot! Conveniently located right off the main drag in Winnemucca. Bean and cheese burritos are huge, quesadillas are a kid favorite, and the breakfast burritos are packed to the brim with eggs, cheese, meat, and delicious breakfast potatoes. The shredded beef rolled tacos with guacamole sauce was so delicious. Reminded me of the famous taquitos from Oliveira Street in LA. And they are conveniently open 24 hours. I will definitely try more items in the next time I'm in Winnemucca. read more

I was so excited to see that there was another Rolbertos on the way home from CO after enjoying our first dining experience in Ely, NV the precious week. There, we had a great experience... the food and service there were phenomenal! However, that was not the case in Winnemucca. The restaurant staff was not very welcoming or friendly. The food did not taste as good. My boyfriend ordered the vegetarian burrito again and the quesadilla. The flavor was just meh. I ordered the beef asada torta and the meat was tough. We were also disappointed at the salsa bar. I understand why this restaurant opted to pack their salsas into the tiny containers but they were not well stocked. Also, they left the peppers and pickled carrots out and provided baggies for the customers to bag themselves. Too bad they did not have cucumbers like the other Rolbertos. read more

when i want something not on the menu, i pick the closest thing and ask for additions and or subtractions. this seems logical to me. apparently not. "a carne asada burrito, no guacamole, add cheese" is not an acceptable order. after a 2 minute lecture, in a thickly accented high speed barrage that drained me of all my remaining spoons by the halfway point, it seems that "a super burrito, no rice, no beans, no lettuce, no sour cream, no guacamole, add cheese" is the correct way to order the EXACT same thing. all the burritos being the same price of course ($9.99), EXCEPT the super burrito, which is a dollar more... i opted not to bow to the ridiculous nature she was displaying. if she'd just said "cheese is a dollar more" (it shouldn't be, there are other $9.99 burritos with cheese, AND i was asking for no guacamole) i might have even gone for it. plus they toasted the tortilla a bit too much for my taste. read more

We came through Winnemucca on our way to Reno and stopped by this hole in the wall. Do not let the exterior or interior scare you away from this gem. We ordered the chicken burrito and the bean and cheese burrito. The chicken had a wonderful marinade on it and we loved the fresh made tortillas. Found this place on Yelp with 4 stars. Other fast food places were 1 or 2 so decided to come here. Big mistake! I walked in and a horrible smell hour me. The bathrooms were right at the entrance so I thought I may be coming from there. I should have turned around then but didn't. I had driven 11 hours and was hungry. I stayed but wasn't acknowledged. 2 workers saw me but not a single hello. My husband came in and still nothing. They looked at us but nothing. We decided on what we were going to try and saw that they had a bell to ring for service. I still felt that at least a hello could have been exchanged. We like steak or carna asada but this was horrible. It was cut too small, overcooked and not sure what kind of meat it was. Never again we will be back. Sorry! read more

We were looking for a good home cooked meal on our way back to Vegas, I bought the beef torta it was pretty okay. The tomato looked like it had been cut and left for a while. My husband got the pork meat in green chili sauce. The pork was tasty and had a kick of spice which was good. Our issue were the beans that were very bitter and spoiled. Chicken was good, and I especially liked the tortillas - soft and flexible, not hard and floury like some places. The plates looked bomb, too -- will try that next time!
