A mother who was there picking up a DoorDash order simply asked if she could use the restroom to change her baby. Apparently, expressing that it's ridiculous to deny a mother access to a restroom when she just needs to change her baby is enough to get someone "86'd" from the establishment. Let me get this straight. Someone is there to PICK UP food for YOUR customers, asks to accommodate a basic need for her child, gets treated rudely, and then gets banned for saying the "policy" aka paper on your front door is stupid? Having policies is one thing. Having absolutely no compassion, professionalism, or basic customer service skills is another. I will have to shower to get the stench of cigarette smoke out of my hair in the short ten minutes we were inside and I also have a headache and am pissed and hangry now.
