But we almost didn't make it as there were people inside but the door was locked. Luckily before we turned to find another place the owner, who was a very friendly and nice lady opened the door and invited us in, that is if we didn't mind some friends who were there with their toddlers. She didnt want any patrons offended by kids in the bar. Nice! We didn't but they left to watch the parade shortly after. Typical downtown local bar. Long bar against one wall plus a variety of pool/shuffleboard tables. Western rancher decor (naturally). You could tell it could be a party place for kids and cowboys. So the four of us sat and talked to the owner while she served us (strong) drinks, told us stories, we saw the fake ID hall of shame, and wandered in and out watching the parade go by. A real fun evening all around. This is a locals place. Nothing fancy. Friendly people, inexpensive drinks and just fun. This is rural Nevada.

I was with a group of friends, a round of shots were ordered, as she was making them a couple of my group had their backs to the bar, overheard her complaining about our group. We had just got there. We hadn't done anything to raise any trouble, let alone enough time too. We paid for the round, out of habit my fiance tapped the bar, like a drum sorta of way 3 taps. (Bum bum bum) She snapped at him. Don't hit my bar, than told us to leave, at this point I was more than happy to. The customer service was awful. Awful.
