What I ordered: Cadillac margarita Potato skins Half rack of ribs à la cart It only took about 10 minutes and I can tell you the ribs are really good . The hostess that took my order asked what kind of barbecue sauce I wanted, they had quite a few choices, but I just went with plain barbecue sauce. Potato skins were really just baked potato cut into wedges and covered with cheese and bacon, but they were still good. I would order them again. I sat at the bar and ordered a Cadillac margarita. I let the bartender know that I was in a hurry and she told me that she would get to me as soon as she could ... there is no one else sitting at the bar ...she went over to the hostess stand and started talking to the hostess. The restaurant was empty. I sat in amazement. while I looked on, wondering why she made me wait. No customers, no one at the bar ... I guess as a customer you're not allowed to make any demands or want something quick lol . The bartender did have to look up how to make a Cadillac. She did a great job though. The food was great. The margarita was great just a strange little power-play from the bartender. Other than that I would definitely come back. On a sidenote for the bartender: good tips and return customers happen when you give expedited service happily.

They were generous with paper towels and moist towelettes. We sat outside because we had our dog. Outdoor seating is likely available just for this purpose. Lots of people traveling and just needing some fresh air and space for their pup. The road in front is high trafficked The indoor dining decor was pretty fun! Lots of pigs from all different places and times in history. Had a sports bar feel too. Lots of motorcyclists but there also seemed to be a motorcycle event in town this weekend.

After yapping for a while, we ordered two Open Faced Turkey Sandwiches w/ Mashed Potatoes & Gravy, a French Dip w/ Onion rings and a Half Rack of Ribs with Loaded Mashed Potatoes. Our food arrived relatively quickly actually, but unfortunately, it wasn't very warm. The mashed potatoes on both turkey dinners were cold, and had to be sent back to be warmed up (which I'm pretty sure they just did it in the microwave.) My mashed potatoes with my ribs were also cold, but I ate them anyways because I didn't want to have to send every plate back. I felt bad for them. The beef on the French dip looked dry and kind of old, but the onion rings were amazing. The ribs were amazing, falling off the bone tender and super flavorful. It really is unfortunate that everybody's mashed potatoes were cold. Once they were kind of heated up, everything was pretty good though. The waitresses were all super nice even after we had to send food back, so I'm glad they at least had good attitudes and weren't mean to us afterwards. One unique thing I think is really cool about this place is they have a salad bar that is included in some of the dinners! Although it was not included in my rib dinner, so I didn't go and look at it. The restaurant itself was quiet with just the faint sound of casino machines in the background, and a few rowdy guys who showed up in big trucks and were yelling at each other through the windows. All in all, it wasn't too bad and I would probably try it again, but they really do need to heat up those mashed potatoes better.

If you aren't familiar with that franchise, remember that it's a NOLA themed sports-bar. They have great Cajun inspired drinks (and frozen daiquiris) and food items, as well as Mardi Gras themed decor (think "lady" photos, beads, boas, masks and more). Service is always speedy and games are always playing on any of the TVs or the large projectors towards the back. Be sure to play a couple of games of pool and some of the arcade games!
