WORST service I've ever experienced in my life. the manager waited on me after me and my wife waited 25 mins for curbside pickup. I walk in and tell her how long I've been waiting. She then tells me they don't have order numbers, no curbside pickup lol.... , and after that blew my mind (were parked in the curbside spot), our food was WRONG. Okay, it's a McDonalds. Not 5-star gourmet. You know what you're in for. If your mission is basic no-fuss sustenance and convenience, especially if traveling, this will do the trick. So why am I giving it 3 stars? Because unlike their nearby counterparts off the Rte 264 exit of 95 here (ahem, Chick-Fil-A), their bathrooms were open to patrons. Their counter service was available as well; not just the drive-thru. They had social distance markings on the floor. Their staff wore masks. They had a dedicated soft drink machine attendant to assist with your beverage selections to limit exposure to others. They had designated egress lane arrows for food pickup and drink pickup. All very orderly. So this I-95 traveling family of 5 thanks you, McD's, for not closing restrooms off to your customers and for remaining time be an affordable and convenient option for food. read more

This is by far the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. The staff are all so very rude, the food took "Forever", and it was cold. Went through the drive thru the second time and after about 2 minutes of waiting with no cars behind me a female Boise finally says " what you need?" Lol I ordered politely then said that will be all thank you, then she says "pull up". The food was cold again and I was missing items. I just said screw it and went on my way. On our long Distance drive this was an awesome place to stop, unwind, get some drinks and get back on the road quickly. Wonderful friendly customer service from the moment we walked in and well greetings when we were on our way out! Fast service and clean restaurant & rest rooms, more than others we've stopped at. The gentleman that waited us on was friendly and helpful! Definitely should be recognized by upper management! This will be our stop when ever we're in the area! We would've ordered food however I am on a low sodium diet of 500mg and we all are vegetarians, unfortunately your menu doesn't work for me anymore. . Hoping some changes will be made in the future for those of us-which is about 50% of the population. Thank you to the gentleman who waited on us! Staying across the street and noticed the line. I figured crowded gotta be a pretty decent location. I place my order and girl who assisted me was very polite. I get to second window and the lady gave my food away so I had to wait about 10mins or so. Everything I ordered was great.. food was hot! Cookies were fresh. I only gave 4 stars bc of the mishap and then she didn't give me a straw and as I was waiting she was like pull up but someone else was waiting. Used to be pretty decent for getting breakfast at this location, but lately they're never open on time. 5:00 AM online? Just kidding, they're not open. 5:15? Not open. 5:30? Sorry the cooks still aren't here. Expect this location to open at least an hour late and close at least an hour early. Food is usually lukewarm at best, but lately it's been stone cold. Since I was staying at the hotel next door, I walked over to get a to go order (Friday night, around 9:45 pm) Since I noticed a large sign pointing to the self serve screen - and no employee helping customers at the counter - thought I would try the self serve. The self serve kiosk was very easy to use, and I had my order of a quarter pounder w/ cheese (no onions), fries and sweet tea done quickly. Regretfully the humans preparing meals were not quick. I've been in space number 6 which was on my order for half an hour. No one came out at all the entire time I was sitting here. And how hard is it to check all the spaces? It's an excuse. This has been a repeated problem at this store with curbside pickup. They offered no apology at all. Instead insisted they could find me. They offered no refund or anything to make up for the mistake. The girl that brought the drink out handed it to me and I said thank you. She continued to stand at my window and repeated "you're welcome" as if she didn't hear me say thank you. I said thank you regardless of the unnecessary wait I had to endure for a sweet tea. The absolute worst experience at a McDonalds in 50 years of going there. Food, service, management- the worst. Don't ever go here because they could care less about the $8.50 you just spent on 4 dollar menu prices. The manager or assistant manager said I was being petty about my order which is not true, I just wondered why it was so expensive for it being on the dollar menu. She said "we don't have a dollar menu" even though there is a menu that says the word "dollar" next to it. Oh and it goes on and on. Then I asked about one bbq sauce. The lady at the drive thru said she would have to charge me, the girl inside said if I get only one it is free, the self order said it was free, but here comes the manager telling me it is .27 cents. I simply told her it was free on the screen - then she said she was going to call the police if I came back. I did not yell, I was even apologetic to the nice cashier. I know this might sound like I was being a jerky customer, but that is not true - I was merely questioning the prices and when she said there is no dollar menu when it clearly states "dollar menu" then I have a right to question it. She could have said, "I'm sorry for the confusion." But she didn't she took one finger and pointed to a sign and told me to call that number for complaints. Nasty person, nasty service, and nasty food. Do not go to this McDonalds unless you don't care about being treated this way. read more

I eat breakfast at this McDonald's a few times a month. The same employees always work in the morning and they provide good customer service. The coffee is always good and consistent. I highly recommend the oatmeal. The oatmeal is a hidden gem at McDonald's. It is some of the best oatmeal you can get at a fast food restaurant. I can get a large coffee an oatmeal for under $4.00. read more

Roach in food went to get a 10 count nugget and they gave me 9 nuggets like what then instead of that 10 the one left out was a ROACH

This was actually a wonderful experience for an off the highway McDonalds. When we went in they were actively cleaning the floors which made me happy. The staff was also very pleasant. We had to use the bathroom and the bathrooms were well stocked and very clean. They even have a foot thing at the bottom of the bathroom door so you can open it with your foot instead of your hand which I think is brillant. As for the food...its typical McDonald's food. We were there for breakfast and we ordered on the kiosk. The chicken biscuit I decided to get showed it coming with fries so I went with it. They told me that they don't normally serve fries at breakfast but since I had ordered and paid for it, they'd make it. So I got fresh hot fries at 7am. DELISH. They were happy (at least they seemed happy) to do it. So that was a nice gesture. They could have said no way. But they didn't. And I let them know how much I appreciated it. Don't stop here! We order $23.55 in food and could only eat part of it. The nuggets were shriveled and dry, the McChickens were dry, the fries were over cooked and the Quarters Pounder with cheese was still raw in the middle. Couldn't eat any of them. We ordered togo and were already on the highway before we checked the food. (Shame on me) I called the store and the manager did apologize but nothing else. It was 11:00am. Service was awful. My family and I went for dinner, and the staff seemed uninterested and annoyed by us placing an order at the drive-thru. The employee that took our order even muttered "Jesus Christ" to himself after we ordered three meals, not to mention a fourth. This McDonalds was so unkept and disgusting- mainly in the women's bathroom. The stalls don't lock complelty so I had an incident with a young boy trying to get into my stall without his mother watching. The floor was covered in dirty water and one of the sinks literally shot water out directly on me, I suppose where all of the water came from. And no paper towels to clean up, just a air dryer which I do not believe in using those due to sound pollution in a small seculuded area. Awful. read more

As I went inside, I left my car at the window. I asked for a refund and they gave two free apple pies instead.
