Came here on a weekend morning for brunch. My sister had a $12 coupon and we were interested in trying their breakfast menu. She's been here before but it was my first time. I've attached a photo of the menu; the offerings are okay -- not bad. I got the build-your-omelet with bacon, spinach, mushrooms, and cheese. I asked for a side of sour cream, but got an excuse that they didn't have any because they apparently are "usually out of that by Sundays." To be fair, that isn't the server's fault but more of a reflection on the establishment overall. If you're gonna serve brunch, then you need to order your supplies and keep them stocked like you do that bar (which is extremely well stocked). The morning brunch service was a bit slow; and when my omelet came, it was ... what shall we say ... anemic? It was the smallest in size and flattest/skinniest omelet I think I've ever had anywhere. Let's put it this way: I was still hungry when we left. Orange juice was good; I wouldn't get the coffee again. When our server finally came to our table to check us out, she didn't know how to use the restaurant's own coupon to deduct it from our bill. My sister can save the coupon for later, but ... really? This joint is in a nice spot of downtown Wilson, within walking distance of the new baseball park and other restaurants and bars. It's one of several places that you could "bar hop" on a Friday or Saturday night with friends. That may be a different experience -- but R&R's brunch has some work to do. read more

Came here for a quick bite and food was good. Fast service and waiter and host very helpful. We enjoyed the food but maybe time of the day but not that many people there. Bar near Wilson baseball park family friendly. Seems like its more busy in the evenings. But overall great spot. Some local beers on tap. Overall a pleatand affordable experience! The only serve burgers and chicken sandwiches, but they do that pretty well! Nice bar setup too

We started off with coke zero and it was flat asked for diet coke instead, it was also flat. Our napkins they brought to our table had finger prints on them with obvious food grease. The food wasn't worth the price. I ordered the jalapeño popper burger. This burger wasn't grilled it seems almost seemed cook in an oven, which took a lot of flavor away. Not enough jalapeños for it to be a jalapeño burger.The bacon was hard to chew. I also ordered onion rings for a side and they had an odd flavor. Cool spot in Wilson, went for Brunch and ordered lunch! The Sunday brunch menu might be limited but the ambience and quality of the food more than makes up for it. This place is so terrible, honestly. This is the 4th time ive tried it. Each and every time the service is terrible, and the food is even worse. I got the jalapeno popper burger last night. Not a single slice of jalapeño on it!!! Just cream cheese on a burger, what the heck. 20+ bucks per plate is ridiculous when the quality is so poor. Over priced, and under delivered each and every time! I really wanted to enjoy this place because of the location, but they make it impossible to do so. Service is god awful every time ive been and very slow. We were sat for nearly 10-20 mins before we even got a hello, took for ever for even a soda! Soda was flat and tasted like mold. Garbage. We arrived it wasn't busy as we got here at about 1 pm. The service started out okay but sorta fell short of acceptable from there on. We stayed we wanted to try two appetizers and split the Philly. When the food arrived the Philly hadn't been cut as we requested and when we requested a knife we were told we had one in our set-up. . The staff never stops to engage and so we had to stop them twice, once to ask for an extra plate for the sandwich we were brought a plate smaller than a butter plate. The baked beans were straight out of a can and had almost no meat in them at all. It was a cup size for $4. The sandwich was cooked and plated well but totally devoid of seasoning. . . Wouldn't have been an issue if there was salt and pepper on the table. The prepackaged mini corn dogs were the highlight of the meal. Would not recommend this place for food. If you wanted to drink for lunch; the bourbon and scotch collection are fairly impressive. . . The service people weren't rude but they have no training in customer service or communication. We decided to stop in for dinner around 6:20 tonight. We were seated immediately. The atmosphere is casual. They do have outdoor dining. We ordered the Classic veggie burger and the Build a Burger. Although the burgers were good my husband and I were both surprised to receive our orders wrong. The burgers come with a lot on them and my husband and I both ordered our burgers with cheese and one condiment. When we received our order both burgers were loaded. I scraped everything off mine but my husband's was sent back because even the cheese was wrong. Our server did a great job of going back to the chef and requesting a new burger my husband. I also ordered the Ginger-Lime Seltzer and that was delicious. We will most likely be back. read more

An Outstanding establishment. While visiting the area and starving we based our choice on Yelp reviews and stopped for dinner. Immediately we were greeted by the manager who welcome us. The restaurant is very large with an outdoor area that has several tables with umbrellas. The manager took the time to seated on the patio area which we requested at which time he presented & explained the menu, the specials and cocktails. The restaurant shares the space with Erie Brewing Company. Although cocktails are limited there was a number to choose. We started with pumpkin spice beers which were awesome, than delicious barbecue chicken wings but the hamburgers and fries were outstanding. Honestly, if we should return to Lake Erie we would make the drive for another order of burgers and fries. A must. read more

Ruckus & Redemption is located in Downtown Wilson. It was recommended to us at the Vollis Simpson Whirligig Museum and just a short walk from the museum and park. Although there is a public parking lot next to the restaurant. The restaurant has both indoor and outdoor seating at picnic tables. I liked the rustic decor of the bricks and open ceiling. I went with the build your own burger although I was tempted by the Signature Burgers.I went with swiss cheese and tomatoes for my toppings. The burger was really good. The seasoned fries were too seasoned for my taste so I wouldn't order those again. Service was very friendly and my tea was refilled when my glass was half full so very attentive. They offer a Sunday Brunch so I will be making a return trip for brunch! read more

What a great find in down town Wilson. Not the easiest to find as it isn't a well marked entrance. It doesn't even have the name on the awning. But it is within walking distance from Casita Brewery. Lots of specialty cocktails kept the bartenders busy on this Saturday night. We sat at the bar. The wait for a table was too long for a burger. I had the Brantley chicken sandwich--such a great combination of flavors! Hubby got the smokehouse. Since we weren't on our first date, we were fine with how messy both our sandwiches were. Partner got the Parmesan garlic chicken sandwich special, which was better! Also got the #hashtag cocktail which had a funky taste to it that I couldn't pinpoint... maybe just too many flavor combinations happening but something was off.
