The Chicken Nuggets were cold. The fries didn't have any salt on them. The drinks didn't have any ice in it.

If I could rate this business Zero stars, I would. Boyfriend and his granddaughter went into town (from Morriston to Williston) to grab takeout and decided on McD's. Big mistake. It was 7:30 pm and, although the dining room hours are posted until 11pm tonight, the dining room was closed. Only the drive thru was open. Upon ordering combo meals, my boyfriend was informed that the only drinks available were water and milk shakes. Being a diabetic, didn't leave much option. When the order was paid and then received, they charged Ala cart for the order. Aggravated, he realized items were missing from the order, because the dining room was closed he was Instructed to reenter the drive thru line to correct the order. This location has the worst reviews on Google, TripAdvisor and Yelp. Management and owner apparently doesn't care. read more

Borderline DISGUSTING sandwich! Drove to Williston McD's instead of Dunnellon today for lunch. 30 mins out of my way because i already know the Tractor Supply in Dunnellon sucks! Ordered 2 Fillet O' Fish sandwiches & some fries. Wont happen again! Pretty darn sure they put a dried out square rock in between 2 dried out burned square rocks!! Just gawd awful! one star is being nice. this has too singlehandedly be the WORST mcdonalds ive ever been too. i wish i was over exaggerating. i live in the area and every time i come here they mess up the order somehow, they are SO unsanitary , they dont wear gloves and when i asked them too remake a frape because they werent wearing gloves they got mad at me and slammed the window saying they "didnt need too wear gloves". mind you the employee looks like he goes home too beat his junk too his fake anime girlfriend, and stunk so bad i can smell him through the drive through window. on top of that they had the food ready and sitting on the counter for 10 whole minutes before they brought it too the window, instead they stood there in the kitchen on their phone and, i kid you not, staring at a wall. then refused too give us fresh food when requested. there are MAYBE 2 or 3 good employees at this location. the rest are rude and lack common sense and apparently a shower. read more

Service is always a miss...these employees joke on the microphone with customers making offensive jokes on top of that...serve this sad piece of chicken in a sandwich. Over-cooked, over-breaded, which left us with a shrunken breaded piece of hard as a rock chicken. Not going here ever again even if it is for something quick to eat. Restaurant was so slow to order that I was waiting in line for over 10 minutes and while waiting in line the menu change from breakfast to lunch. When I got to the ordering window the person inside indicated that they switched to lunch, I advise that I was waiting in line way before that and they said that's too bad we switched to lunch. Needless to say, no breakfast. read more

This McDonald's is trash. The restaurant is disgusting, the food is sloppy and cold, the employees are rude, the service is trash. Personally, I will NEVER go to this location again and furthermore I don't even know how they are still open other than the fact that they're in Williston and there isn't much competition. There was coffee grounds in my iced coffee and it happened multiple times and it's nasty

Like many of the other reviews, I had a bad experience the one time I went here. Only ordered a chocolate shake and fries. The fries were barely yellow let alone golden fried. Cold and droopy. The shake was the worse shake I've had at any McDonald's. It was thin and more like chocolate milk. So gross. Plus it tasted like chocolate mixed with strawberry. Like they had just made a strawberry shake and didn't bother changing the cup used to mix thee shakes with. I don't like writing a crappy review for McDonald's since my 1st job ever, as a teenager was at a McDonald's in New York. But this place is slow. So slow we waited on the drive through line forever that my husband got off it. Parked and went inside to order. And they managed to screw up french fries. (Everyone knows McDonald's has the best fries) but not here. And a chocolate shake that was watery and strawberry flavored. All in all it's a no. If your looking for fast food, the nearby area is plentiful with them. Move on and try somewhere else. read more

They really need to find workers who don't hate humanity. They messed up my order and told me I had to go back around and wait in line even though they screwed up the order. I even repeated the order back to the cashier and they still got it wrong. Will never go thru the drive thru at this location, wait there are other options, I won't go back to this location, they are terrible. read more

Cold fries. Also despite nobody (literally) being in line they had me pull into the drive through waiting area to wait for a quarter pounder. Only took 60 seconds to get it, but it made no sense. They were polite, hence the two stars instead of one. read more

This is the worse service and food I've ever had in my entire 39yrs of life. Williston McDonald's is the worst! 1st of all drive thru was just rude, the worker was outside on the opposite side of the building running the window , she was not pleasant to talk to and seemed like she just didn't care, the girl taking money wasn't rude she was apologetic because she was guessing at orders due to something happening BECAUSE the first girl was outside was jumbling her screen, the one handing out food pretty much shoved 3 bags at me, acted like my asking for ketchup was a sin, then after the bag toss To later find didn't have the toys which is the only reason to buy the stupid happy meal anyway, after i went thru the drive thru stopped at Winn Dixie parking lot to get the kids their food to find they forgot the lil kids happy meal toys I pulled BACK over by the drive thru and parked right by the window where the kids in the car were close to me, jumped out between customers asked for the toys she told me I had TO go inside if I wanted the toys... i said I came thru the drive thru because i just left the doctor w 2 toddlers but ok since you cant hand me 2 toys YOU forgot I'll have to unload the kids to go inside, yall are ridiculous! Unloaded to the kids go inside The girl Inside who asked me what's wrong examined the bags as tho I were trying to scam her out of toys then went over by the drive thru window i was just outside of to get the toys!! Then by the time got back in the car I got the kids situated sat down got out onto the main road grabbed a fry... my fries were already cold and they were soggy figured as much not surprised by that but my chicken nuggets were almost as cold and they tasted freezer burnt, i ate a couple and went to dig thru as they tasted odd and were a deep brown not golden brown, i found 2 nuggets on the bottom, that had holes of missing breading the bad side was facing down under all the others...huge weird holes kinda like something FREEZER BURNT and ripped apart! Annoyed I tossed the rest of the 10pc aside pulled out the soggy fries in hope that sinful ketchup could help me thru the cold fries and i realized it was only abt half the normal order in my Lg fry package ...seriously spent $15 on a meal that was nasty and hand to God I DIDNT EAT! I even took pictures as proof! I chkd the kids food there nuggets looked normal good color no holes THO THEIR fries I threw away too as they were limp and soggy too! After reading the other reviews on here I'm dumbfounded that this place is even open! I'm thankful that I dont live in that area and only had to go over for a special trip today! Waited 15 minutes for a chicken sandwich for them to come out and tell us they don't have any chicken for sandwiches. Ended up getting chicken nuggets which took another minute. By far the worst McDonald's I have ever walked into. They had one person taking orders at 430pm on Thursday, 04/13/2017. Everyone else was horsing around, cutting up and having in appropriate conversations. It took over 10 minutes to get a simple order of two sandwiches and a large fry. When were able to get our order we went to get our drink. We were going to get tea but found it has expires at 11:45am and it was now 4:30pm. We asked for packets of mayonnaise and we are still waiting to get them as I write this review. The staff was unorganized and the management left a lot to be desired. One women was asked to pull forward in the drive thru to wait for a Café Latte. She sat there literally 15 minutes until she came inside and asked what was going on. The manager yelled from the back we ran out. After another five minutes waiting inside she finally got her drink. The manager then came to the dining room and sat down with other employees and was eating buffalo chicken of some kind. The entire time she was yelling at people in the kitchen. There is no sense of urgency and this location lacks direction and leadership. read more

The staff is constantly changing and you do not always get what you order. Also the quantity and cosistency of food is less than other McD's I have visited. The food is better now then when I last wrote a review, some improvement in that area. They still have a problem getting orders correct. I ordered burritos with no sauce and got 8 sauces with my order. If I were management I would point out the cost of giving things out that are not requested. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch salad and got a southwestern salad. All they say is sorry! Yeah, me too, you're lucky you are the only McD's around. read more

very rarely do you ever get what you order. this morning i ordered a sausage and egg mcmuffin without cheese.....what they tried to give me was a sausage and egg biscuit. it took the little girl a few minutes to figure it out or so i thought.......what they gave me was a sausage egg biscuit sub muffin.....which i didnt realize until i got to work this morning!! go figure!!! what was so hard about that order??? you seriously need to check your order before you pull away from the window. a few days ago i went through and ordered the same thing. they had posted diet on my order. had her change it at the pay window. at the pick up window i specifically asked if it was regular coke because of the mess up on my order. she said yes it is regular coke!!! but when i got to work i had a diet coke instead of a regular coke!! somebody from corporate needs to come visit this store and see what is actually going on here. it is the only mcdonalds in our little town. just would really like for it to be a better place to eat. i know that this place is always busy so it is not like it isnt making the company money. i know people make mistakes but come on!!!! it is rarely that they ever get it right!!! please help our sm town mcdonalds!!! read more
