It has happened again where they left off part of my take out order. This time it was an Apple pie. Last time it was our French fries. How hard is it to fill an order this was two Filet o fish meals and an apple pie? I think if I continue to get take out from there I will need to verify that they filled the order correctly. The service sucks both personality, wise, and speed wise. I curbside ordered and then it canceled my order and then it took my deal and then I went inside and the manager himself told me that I had to wait the nine minutes and he couldn't do nothing about it except tell me to wait the 9 mins until the deal is available and then guess what the deal is gone and he didn't do nothing about it so I ordered a mcchicken instead the the patty was literally hard. We took a break from driving to grab a lunch here, and we got about what we expected. Not terrific, but not awful either. (We could probably say that about almost any fast food outlet we've visited). But the food was hot and fresh although they couldn't seem to manage the extras we wanted with our burgers. Staff was friendly enough and got our order reasonably quickly. The only McDonald's I know in a multi-town radius that doesn't have a drive-thru. That doesn't bother me, but what does bother me is even without a drive-thru, they are BY FAR the slowest McDonald's in that same radius. It's very confusing. Employee interactions are standoffish at best. Be better. read more

These are the nicest and most helpful employees of any Macdonald's ever. They are always very helpful, friendly and deal with some rude customers with absolute patience and finesse It is not their problem that there is no drive-thru as that is not permitted anywhere in the town of Westford. read more

Play place was freezing, we had to wear our winter coats indoors. Regular restaurant was warm, it made no sense. manager agreed and was also wearing a jacket. also we saw a mouse in the play place it scaled the net up to the tubes so obviously we are never going back there again. read more

My son and I asked Siri for a McDonald's from the highway, and she sent us here. We were a little scared about the 2 star review, but actually, we had good experience. My son is taking a star because his burger seemed like it had been sitting for awhile, but mine was great. We did curbside delivery. It came out in a reasonable amount of time, the guy that brought it was super nice and had a whole tray of sauces to pick from, and the fries were hot. This is a great little McDonald's. Came here at lunch time to kill an hour with the kids between basketball games at the sports park up the road. It's your typical corporate McDonald's. Done expect anything more, but it's well run. It has a play place that is fairly well attended by other kids so my kid had a good time. Due to the number of kids, the play room has a spill every 15 minutes or so. The staff was extremely attentive in cleaning up the zoo and keeping the place in good shape. They don't complain about having to constantly clean up some screaming kids mess. If I was allowed to tip the staff I would have. read more

Came at 10:55 on a Sunday night, only to find the McDonald's completely closed and employees shutting operations. When we tried to talk to one employee, he signaled that it was 11, when it was clearly not yet 11. I get that they close at 11, but they're also being paid with customer presence. If no customers came, they wouldn't have sales, and therefore wouldn't have jobs. Customers should be allowed into the restaurant until it hits 11pm, not way before. read more

I'm all for training and teaching, regardless of someone's orientation/gender/race/differences, but there's a time and place for everyone/everything. The people who work here are not trained well enough to understand simple questions and complete simple tasks. I blame the district managers who will hire someone from another country where English is not their first language and not train them properly to conduct business in a fair way (they probably pay them minimum wage). I couldn't communicate the simplest of orders, ask a simple question, nor even the simplest of request with someone who could understand me; cashier & manager alike. Plus they left out part of my order!! Suffice it to say that I didn't go back to fix it because I know that they wouldn't understand me and make it right. I would never come back to this place, I have been to many McDonald's before and was never treated the way I was treated there. This is the worst McDonalds we have ever been to.. I waited 20 mins in line. When I picked up my food I was missing a French fry. I told the woman who said it was not ordered. She was correct, my order was rung up as a Big Mac sandwich instead of the value meal I had asked for. She told me if I wanted the fries I would have to get back in line (with my 3 young kids). The line was to the door (another 20 mins). I waited and when I got to the register the cashier asked me to go use the kiosk. When I refused (with my tray full of cold food and my (by now) miserable and hungry kids) he rolled his eyes and took my order with attitude. I have had the same type experiences every time I have come to this location. Every other location has been great! Nice clean dining room. I like the variety of seating along the windows and in the center. I enjoy the filet o'fish meal and buffalo ranch chicken sandwich. For a place that's just next to a Highway it's a very pleasant place to just chill for an hour. I look forward to coming back often. Only complaint is they close early and no drive-thru, but I enjoy the dining room anyways and Chili's is next door which stays open late if you want to get one drink to stay late like 12 Midnight.
